Diamond Resort has an elegant green & ambiance. As you enter to the Reception Desk, there is a wonderful aroma from their INFUSE Restaurant, featuring a top-notch Belgian chef, Reino. He and his kind staff can cook any international food (& vegetarian foods....I love their pizzas ) any food your heart desires, and with a full bar.....their restaurant also features delicious Thai cuisine. If you prefer home-cooked meals, the elegant rooms are equipped with everything you need to cook, plus a large fridge. You will enjoy a relaxed/ elegant atmosphere, near shopping & restaurants at Boat Avenue in Laguna, (it's a 5 minutes walk)....also close to international food grocery stores. Long clean swimming pool diagonal from their restaurant. You may be fortunate to meet the helpful & kind owner, he'll offer you a complimentary espresso on your birthday , like he offered me:
5 star ambiance = value for money.

Unbelievable service . Great place . Will come again for holidays.. so good hospitality . 10/10 cheers guys. Reception people are so kind and helpful. Provide private shuttle to drop . Management . Restaurant staff gives full attention, taking care everything . I am glad that i choose diamond to stay. Love it

Really nice property 10mins walk to beach. Excellent check in and reception staff, great pool, very decent breakfast and well put together apartments with everything you need. Small gym was functional enough and enjoyed the sauna too. Would definitely recommend.

This is less of a review and more of a love letter to Joe, Pim, and every single staff member at Diamond Resort and Infuse Restaurant. We were in desperate need of a relaxing week to de-stress and unplug from life and Diamond Resort had it in spades.

Everyone was so so so so friendly and welcoming; the breakfast buffet was a delight; the bed and pillows were soft and comfy; the Thai dinner buffet and live performance during the three days of Songkran were a treat; the House of Cheese burger was the best burger we ve had in years and easily the best burger in Thailand (we ate one nearly every day); the pool was deep and long (which made for easy social distancing); the room was immaculately clean; the grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The people and the place was so incredible that we never left. Beaches? Big Buddha? Old Town? Never saw them. Didn t need to.

I CANNOT say thank you enough for giving us an experience that our minds and bodies needed. When we left it felt like saying goodbye to friends and family. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

For context: We stayed in the Deluxe Suite on the 5th floor with a garden view for 7 nights early April 2021. The room had a nice kitchenette with a microwave, full oven, four-top stove, toaster all things we would have loved to use if we weren t too busy relaxing! Maybe next time ;)

After traveling SE Asia for over 2 years we can say that Diamond Resort is in our #1 place to stay in SE Asia. The staff from the reception, to housekeeping, restaurant, bell boys, EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. Very genuine. The entire grounds was well taken care of a spotless.

We stayed in two different suites and both were top notch with the latest in amenities and spotlessly clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We could cook meals using the mini kitchen and had plenty of room to store all of our luggage.

The location is great. Centrally located 5 minutes from the beach where there are great restaurants and bars. It is less than 20 minutes away from one of the best (maybe the best) beaches in Phuket, Banana beach. You have to go there!! They have a shuttle to take you to the beach or the downtown area which is super close. It is far enough away from everything to be quite but close enough to be able to enjoy everything the area has to offer. It is walking distance to some bars that are right down the street.

They have a gym and sauna. It is also close to Laguna where I was able to go for a run in the morning. Villa is right around the corner for groceries. Plenty of local style thai restaurants as well as western restaurants. I could not say enough about Diamond Resort. If you are staying in Bang Tao you should stay here!!!!

It was beautiful the place look so modern I love the kitchen and living room, enough space for 5-6of us. The swimming pool has the character with big floating bean bags we all had fun all day we were there 5 nights and feel so comfortable we also get to cook and chill a lot of days in the room didn't need to go out every meal. The staffs are super helpful and the owner Joe is top nod hosting. He is working hard from morning till dawn to make sure all of us got everything we needed. The shuttle bus is so perfect for us as we couldn't find any car to rent we came in the very busy week. It's next to big new supermarket Porte de phuket Central and the Villa and its also next to Catch beach club where still have people around and lively we are so thankful to changed to this place last minute. If I have time to come back or I have friends I would recommended this place for sure especially this rate in covid songkran time. Last before I forget they also have free nice minibus pick and dropped off to the airport too

Great place and really modern living area in the apartment. Bit pricy restaurant and a bit out of the way location but I really like it here with its wonderful swimming pool and fresh clean feeling environment.

Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. From the moment we arrived they were incredibly friendly, happy and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again, highly recommend
