VA Spine has done an outstanding job diagnosing my issue and moving quickly to determine treatment. I have been treated with respect, care, and consideration. They did it so well it made me very aware how infrequently I feel taken care of in a medical setting. I usually feel like I have to be prepared to convince someone I need care. It s my job to make a case whereas at VA Spine they express interest and concern in a way that made me feel they were trying to understand what was wrong alongside me. I highly recommend them.

Feels like private golf county club. Seems to have everything you need soup to nuts when you need surgery for you back. PAs, doctors, nerve studies, PT, and probably more I didnt need to use. Everyone super caring for you. And they have coffee, water, snacks, TV, and water feature inside too. Would recommend this place to anyone, except people I don't like. But be ready for out of network situation, but you get what you pay for. You want better outcome then you have to chip in possibly. I used different in network surgeon for same issue on different disc before. I had terrible outcome so I tried out if network best doctor this time. I had great outcome. Day after I feel no pain.

I have been a patient of VSI for just over a year. Going through a spine fusion and other continuing issues I have very pleased with the bedside manner, the knowledge of the team that has treated me and I will always recommend this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Haines and his staff! They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable. I was immediately put at ease and felt like I truly mattered to the team. Outstanding care.

My Sister in-law had surgery here and during the follow-up the clinician was short and terse, not what we were expecting. We later called the clinic and were, at the time, about to leave "not-so-good" review; However, Melissa, the patient care director/manager had the most pleasant voice and immediately, our excitement was put at ease. Upon the discussion of our issues she did a great job of listening to us and addressing our concerns. Our conversation lasted for a good 30 minutes even though I could hear people in the background coming in asking for her. Melissa did a terrific job of addressing our concerns and without her our review would reflect much differently. Thank you again

All staff members have been very professional, pleasant and helpful. I have renewed hope that VSI and Dr. Haines are going to be able to resolve my back pain situation.

I saw dr Good two weeks ago. Yes he spend time to listen to me and explained to me in detail. Lots of time and very patient . He treated me as a patient yes. 5 stars is not enough for him. I did a ct testing will be back to him soon. Can t wait.

Dr. Colin Haines is amazing. He has positive energy. The microdiscectomy surgery was perfect. The severe leg pain was completely gone after surgery. The recovery went well.

The intake visit was the most thorough appointment time I ve ever had with a doctor s office. I left there with a better understanding of the doctor s thoughts and future plans.

From the booking process to the onboarding, to the actual diagnosis and the subsequent therapy session, I had a great end-to-end experience!

I commend the team for a deep sense of service and commitment to care. The warmth and the loving ambience go a long way in service delivery.
