Virginia Board of Nursing Review

I called Va BON last Tuesday to ask if they receive my mail (Pass letter for Visa Screen), I waited like forever to connect with them. I started calling in the morning with waiting time of 40-50mins and gave up! I ended up calling them like 4:30pm with 11mins waiting time. The agent was so RUDE and in a hurry. I asked her about the mail and she said "NO, according to our system we have not receive any letter from you". I told her to make it sure because according to USPS tracking it was already delivered (Same destination with my other sent documents to them). I sent the mail last Nov 27 and I was delivered on the 29th because its a priority mail. I badly needed the pass letter. Then this girl just told me again "MAM! I don't know if my SYSTEM is updated but we don't receive anything yet!" with a rude voice. With her voice I didnt have courage to explain and ask more. I emailed their email address and ask again but they don't answer back. Yesterday friday, I tried to call again and praying that I can talk to a not so RUDE agent. Luckily, answered prayer. This agent name TAYLOR, gave me everything I wanted to know. You know, we the callers called your office to ask for something that we DO NOT KNOW/ asking for HELP and ASSISTANCE and please do not assume that we know everything. Ms. Taylor told me about that yes they have not receive anything and gave me another options to make. She also told me that if they receive the letter, it will usually take 7-15days to send it back. That information was I really need!! Thanks to Ms. Taylor!!! I hope she can ready this. Again THANK YOU you are such an Angel!
