Well! They are taking around 40000/- of the Service charge. It's okay but they are not provide a good salary to the Gulf Returns and Deserved candidates. they offered the same salary to the fresher's or Experienced candidates.

Vira International has mainly focused on Staff recruitment for the whole team, and I was one of it. My profile was not that great but they helped me through the training process and now I have a job in the best hotel. Thanks to the company and the team.

It was an very bad experience with vira international goa branch. Out consultant Ms Tanuja Chauhan has misscommunicated such things regarding salary which was different from the actual salary. And when we complain she had changed the statement itself. But it was our big mistake that it was not on paper just an verbal communication. If anything is not on paper i should suggest did not go with vira. Because their employees can go upto any level to complete their targets and earn commission. They are playing with candidates future actually.

Worst experience, With this consultancy and there service not a single employee working over there is aware of vacancy is there or not. Just collect resume and passport. Waste of time , after 8 hrs recruiter says vacancy is full try after.

Before vira international was an excellent recruitment agency good staff quick response but now a days agency is getting down rated due to poor response I had sent my resume almost 2 month before some of the vira international staff name sagar still he had not given me any reply. I try to call them so many times but everytime they answer me when client select your c.v we will give you a call guys you are the recruiters you should have to represent us client is not able to check our c.v directly until you show them.

Worst experience ever had. I was following up with Mr David, I met him personally in the office. He called many times when I was in Kolkata, now I am in Mumbai Since September he never called me even once for any interview. I am shocked. Kindly request management to take action on Mr David.
