Nice Hotel, good location, O2 lounge is great during day time - not the best at night

Its not that easy to make me mad, but they did it very fast. Better stay away from this place, not real Ritz Carlton quality.

The most luxurious hotel of 5 stars overlooking the Red Square. On the roof of the hotel there is an amazing bar-restaurant, which is one of the main venues with many foreign and Russian cinema stars.

I went to the hotel with a few friends for drinks at the top bar. We were not disappointed. We arrived on the 12th floor and were greeted in a friendly manner. After making our way to the bar, we ordered our (very expensive) drinks and sat down. The views are absolutely stunning, especially at night. It overlooks red square and makes for a special evening. Overall is recommend for a 1-drink experience to spend some time with good friends.

Legendary, iconic, significant. An absolute must stay, must see, must visit hotel in the heart of Moscow. Spa area is a magnificent retreat for body & soul.

With such prices you expect super service. But in practice, you get dishes at different times, and the food itself is worth a C grade. Saves only super view!

Although I was a hotel man, Ritz had stayed only about Osaka, but I stayed because it was a pain. The location is along the boulevard, the Kremlin is just around the corner, and the subway station is also nearby. The 24-hour supermarket is also right next door, one of the most convenient places in Moscow, such as the street with the restaurant and right in front of you.

From the entrance and the lobby, the hall is very serious and the luxury hotel itself. I stayed in Moscow with The St. Regis, the Luxury Collection, and the Ritz, anyway Coco is overly gorgeous. The luxury car at the entrance, the harsh doorman, the live piano music in the lobby lounge, the aroma of the Ritz Carlton, etc. all tell us that it is a historical luxury hotel.

The room is not as up-to-date as St. Regis, but it is easy to use. The room looks a lot like the Ritz Carlton Osaka (or Westin Hotel Tokyo) before the renewal. The area around the water is much larger and easier to use than the luxury collection hotel next door. Of course, cleaning is also strictly done.

The restaurant is on the ground floor and on the roof. Breakfast is normal for a luxury hotel. The interior that I collaborated with Ralph Lauren is quite good. The rooftop restaurant has terrace seating, and even in the summer months it is cold at night, but the view over the Red Square, which compensates for it, is worth a look (but the price is higher). With the background of the Kremlin, a woman in a red dress who loves smoking was a wonderful view of the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow.

It was disappointing that the pool just couldn't be used during the renewal period. I heard at the reception that you could use the pool of St. Regis of the same Marriott group, but you also said that you could bring a car.

The most wonderful was the concierge staff. I asked for a reservation for the restaurant "Selfie" before arrival, and I was indebted. Also, since I was free at night, there is no circus entertainment? After consulting with him, unfortunately there is no circus today (I mean that I was able to answer promptly means that I know the date). Ballet appreciation was also proposed, but just three days ago I had been watching at the Mariinsky Theater, so I suggested that he proposed Russian dance and made a reservation. The tall Concierge man (whose name was forgotten) with a Les Credor collarband was very kind, as he was also able to ask for a seat type consultation.

Staff was really not helpful, lazy and not friendly at all. I came there to take forgotten belongings for a friend of mine, and the stuff didn't even bother looking for the letter my friend send them, they simply told me that they don't know anything and I should go away. Chairs are cozy thought.

Good hotel. Just tired. Outdated. Prices are not really high for the current state of this hotel. Clean, good helpful staff. Of the minuses; It s cold in the rooms (but brought a hitter), they didn t wait until we were transferred to another room. Crowded people at breakfast, comrades, well, there s an extra room since there s such a load in the hotel! You re sitting in the hive ... and yes, teach the cook to fry pancakes. They are very dry with you!

Russia has turned into a cesspool of lovers of money and thieves, avoid this hotel, no avoid Russia. They seem to be reverting to old school tendencies. If you have to go here, stay as short a stay as possible, but please just avoid the Country.

Most of the staff were friendly, but it is memorable because the Indian staff at the reception was especially friendly. The service was very good and reflected the request to allocate a room with a good view. One drawback was that it was a bit unfortunate that the window did not open.

Very luxurious but not overpriced at all fantastic hotel in the centre of Moscow. Really enjoyed my stay and will come again. Love the way the staff does it's work and everything is bery pretty and clean. The view was just AMAZING!!! (Nothing to say about that). The food is high quality: one of the best restaurants in Moscow I can say. So I really recommend this hotel for rich tourists like me ;)

Friendly, helpful and personal experience. It's been a while since I've stayed five star but these guys completely rock it. The extra detail, recognition above and beyond from every staff member. If I could, I'd move in!

Is ok for 5 stars, but nothing special! Only really good is the location! Right on the Red Square! Room generous and in order. Bar on the 12th floor offers great views from the terrace, but the second night in a row, there is no draft beer .... Not!
