If you are looking for superb settings and great service this is your choice.

It's luxury hotel, when you look at it and especially when you pay for it.
But there are a lot of misfits in this hotel: we got hotel stuff bothering us during the night - because they decided to change the dirty tea-pot at 2 AM.

The main difference during breakfast from the much more common Marriott hotels (Renaissance, Courtyard) - is that you get caviar and champagne - but if this costs an extra price they ask - is your decision.

The rooms inside - are clean, and look like old-fashioned - but as for me they are dark and dull.

This is Ritz, but the staff is arrogant and not very friendly.

Nice high-end hotel, a stone's Throw from Red square and the Kremlin. A little underwhelming given the history of the brand, not as grandiose as one would expect. Staff are very courteous and helpful, the rooms are big and well kept. Tried the Free shoe polish service which was prompt. Shoes were well cleaned but not properly shined (quite a bit of polish residue leftover). All in all a good, but not great, experience

Excellent hotel, but especially take a glass of wine on the roof terrace, the O2 lounge bar. The view over the Kremlin is breathtakingly beautiful. Perhaps one of the most special places in the world, definitely recommended when you are in Moscow.

It's right at the heart of Moscow city. Rooms are superb and overall ambience is awesome too. Roof top bar ia too expensive but provides one of best views of entire Moscow city. All good pubs, night clubs, shopping malls and few good heritage sites are at walking distance ( i.e. 2 kms radius). Metro station and underground market is right outside the hotel. In a nutshell, perfect place for tourists and business visits !!

Walked around this building while it was still being built! In the interiors a lot of things at once. Parquet service is very bad at 3+, no more than that, the food is not tasty and expensive. Service is good.

Upscale luxury hotel in the very center of Moscow just across the Red Square. Modernly rebuilt.

It should be the most luxurious five-star hotel in Moscow. Although there are four seasons hotels, the old buildings are not as comfortable as the Ritz-Carlton.

It seems a bit cramped at the front desk. In general, all standards are met.

A decent 5 Hotel. Large room and bathroom, very rich breakfast and unique view from the 12th floor. Beds okay, sheets stale white and not very soft. Location: very close to the Red Square.

Yummy food. I had the burger and fries on their roof deck. The wine was very good too. Beautiful view of Moscow.

V.good location , large rooms , high standard facilities , big rooms with a good new furniture the breakfast is great with a variety of food .
The staff are the worst part in this hotel they take you to a bad mood with an attitude behavior which ruin your day from breakfast to the reception to concierge .
It s a hotel standard not people coz I spent my vacation in 3 hotels in Moscow and at. Petersburg this hotel was the worst comparing to others which have an excellent staff attitude .
Overall the hotel is not recommended as we have better options in Moscow

There is no insulation towards the outside, you hear car noise, the rest excellent

The impressions are negative. We went in at 4 a.m., frozen. (Old New Year). The order was accepted. Then there was an incorrect behavior of unrepresented people in civilian clothes. They threatened us with violence. After all this, they refused to serve. "Sediment" remained for life. Before that We visited the National, Metropol, where the service and the correct behavior of the staff were beyond praise.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms are not very cozy as they are large but quite empty which gives it an awkward feeling however the service and overall experience makes up for it. The staff are very helpful and kind and The SPA is one of the best I have ever seen, with a huge gym, steam rooms, saunas. Great hotel!

Strategic location a stone's throw from the Red Square and the Metro. Excellent service, qualified staff. You will not find anyone who speaks Italian but English does. The style is old but in Moscow it's good for it.

Nice conference venue, staff is normal (but not "oh, super", but just normal, on the fourth), the location is convenient.

Beautiful place. Cozy rooms. Chic parking! A little hall is too small for the five stars. Well, tea for 800 rubles, as is customary in the premium.

Well located opposite to red square. Everything is almost walking distance. They have a very cool rooftop terrace with great food and views. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Feel a bit small for b2b meeting with about 2000 attendants. The building is beautiful. Seating is limited. Toilet is clean. Easy to find and central location for public transport.
