The rooms are wonderful and the location is more than wonderful but the room service is very slow and very slow too

10 out of 10. Luxurious hotel with excellent service. Breakfasts deserve special attention. There is everything for every taste and preference. There was a room overlooking Tverskaya Street. Windows do not open. But this is understandable, and honestly not required. It is possible to leave your belongings after check-out, in case there are activities planned before the evening.

A beautiful hotel, but the level of service is clearly not 5 stars. There is no extractor hood in the bathroom (or it doesn't work) ??? !!!

Very good hotel right in the city center. Tip: even as Beducher you can visit the lounges in the attic and look over Moscow.

Had light dinner at the O2 lounge. Fantastic view of the nearby Kremlin and St. Basil's cathedral. Friendly service and good drinks and food.

I think I spend more than a year with the number of nights since 10 years at the Ritz Carlton In Moscow.

All the room have a god set up, the club room with the club floor is really valuable and we will not be disappointed for the extra cost of it. The view on the club lounge and the O2 bar on the 12 floor is stunning. The service is a real 5 stars service.

The location is exactly where you want to be in Moscow.....

The hotel does not pull 5 stars. Banquet service for C grade, always cleaning-girlfriends chatting in their own language, in the wardrobe you can see staff chewing cookies. Held a conference, the food was in C grade! A beautiful view from the roof, from the O2 restaurant and the front staircase, and with it always beautiful floral arrangements. And this interior, Poke your eyes out, is a bright blue carpet with a scarlet ornament and lacquered wooden doors and walls, gilded columns ... Gypsy!

Perfectly located, very friendly staff, spacious rooms with all amenities taken care of multiple times a day. Then it might be unfair, but the Ritz sets expectations. And then if can't have a swim after 23hr, can't choose between 1 king size or 2 separate queen size beds or you woken up by the dog barking the room next door, it doesn't entirely live up.
