Best Vet in Indy with the best staff. Professional, efficient and caring!

I've never taken my animals here but my folks used to see Dr. Flanders. However, I did have the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Flanders once when I accompanied my mom on a visit for a checkup on her cat. Basically, Dr. Flanders just simply had a bad attitude. I tried asking him some questions about the cat on behalf of my mother and he was rude, dismissive and, frankly, condescending. Since then, my folks had continued taking their animals here until recently when their dog unexpectedly died of heart failure just 2 days after seeing Dr Flanders for her annual checkup. He administered the vaccines but nothing else, didnt even listen to her heart or lungs. Isnt this standard practice for a pet's yearly WELLNESS exam??? If you love your pets steer clear of this clinic. Their prices are competitive but you get what you pay for. And at VIP, you pay for a rude, dismissive vet whose incompetence and half-hearted efforts may end up costing your pet its life.

Best animal clinic in Indiana. I have used them several times and never been let down. My previous vet misdiagnosed my cat for several weeks before I tried VIP! Turns out she did have a UTI and it wasn't her being territorial. Can't thank them enough!!!!!

Dr. Flanders and the rest of the staff have always been great with our dogs! Convenient scheduling and affordable care. We would recommend them to anyone!

We took our guinea pig here after an accident left him apparently paralyzed, and we were fairly sure he would have to be euthanized. Dr. Flanders checked him out very thoroughly including x rays, and concluded that he is likely to bounce back! He treated him well and our family is very happy!

Very rude staff. Receptionist gave me a look of disgust while I was standing in line waiting before asking me what I needed. The nail trim my dog received is AWFUL. Part of his nail is hanging loose and will easily be caught on something. I didn't even know the visit was done when they left because the vet didn't say another word to me after she left the room. I also didn't know my dog was receiving two vaccinations (I only went for the rabies shot) and they did it without even mentioning it to me. It was an awful experience. I will definitely be looking for a different vet soon.

The VIP Animal Clinic has taken care of my four dogs for years and have always been very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I love Dr.Flanders. he's been treating my pets since 2003. Before that, I had been to many, many vets, and he is special.

Dr. Jerry Flanders & his staff at VIP Clinic in Noblesville, have been the care providers for my newly adopted baby whisker girl, who is just 5 m/o this week!

Her Foster mom took this sweet kitten, who she named Mau, for her initial kitten exam and 1st set of baby vaccinations. When I adopted her I wanted to have consistency in the drugs (vaccines) she woukd be exposed to. I wasn t going to take a risk that all veterinarians/hospitals are supplied with the exac vaccine drugs: formula, mixes/ingredients (active & inactive), dosage measures; are made by same manufacturers, in same facilitues, under same sanitation protocols, etc? That MIGHT be the case? But since I didn t know, & didn t want to take any unnecessary risks to baby Mau, I chose to continue her vaccinations, along with general exams, with Dr. Jerry Flanders.

VIP Clinic (Dr.Flanders & his staff treat Mau with skill, knowledge, compassion,kindness & respect, which is what I expect and look for in the people I choose to entrust the care of my furry family! VIP Clinic has also been very helpful in the questions & concerns I ve had regarding vaccine safety, common or unusual side effects & available treatment to aid in recovery. Mau did have a couple of adverse reactions, but not life-threatening & did not require urgent or even additional medical attention. Dr. Flanders remained aware of Mau s Sensitivity to the vaccines & made sure she received an antihistamine injection with her remaining kitten vaccines. In addition to being passionate about their patients (the animals), Dr Flanders & his team ALSO treat their Clients (the pets HOOMANS/Family) with kindness & respect & truly listen to questions, concerns we have for our precious fur family/loyal companions, as well as advice, info, professional and personal experiences & suggestions on medications, food (quality & safeness) & behavior/training tips we seek, so that we, as our pets guardian caregiver & family can do everything thing to ensure they live a healthy, safe, happy & longest life possible!

Dr. Flanders and his loving staff, have, once again and still are rendering amazing care to one of our furry family members. We could not have asked for better care from the care rendered to a weeks old kid (goat), to a cancer consumed cat, and now our very sick Shepard. You will not find better care.

I was very impressed, Dr Flanders contacted me and explained my dogs needs before proceeding with the procedure.

Good with the animals and cost effective for annual vaccinations

The vet is very friendly and took care of my dogs paws. He was back on his feet after a few days.

We have been bringing our dog here for several years. The vet is very good at his job and works with all types of animals. The prices for the services are good to. Clean environment and has a waiting room.

I brought my 1 year old cat in today due to breathing difficulties. He had a heart murmur and after XRays they found he was full of fluids. He was suffering. He started coughing up blood. Instead of calling me to tell me, Dr. Flanders came out to my car to let me know, and told me it was time, he was suffering. I appreciate all they did for us today. SO MUCH. They didn't charge me for the visit, the XRays, or their time. They were so caring and compassionate. The tech who came out to my car to go over everything was so sweet, considering I was ugly crying Binx was a sweet boy and this all came so sudden. Thank you everyone for your help.

Good quality service at an affordable rate. My cat has been very sick so I had to take her in many times but each time there would be quick service that seemed to make a positive impact on her. While at the same time not breaking the bank which is impressive for me being a college student where I don't have much money.

Everyone there is very helpful, professional and WONDERFUL!

I really appreciate how Jerry is with your pets. He is very gentle and concerned when you have a question about your pet. I appreciated that he was concerned about getting a tumor off Coco's neck and we can get her in the same week that she was seen. The girls up front are very helpful and friendly. And I liked getting a Senior Citizen discount. :)

The employees here are wonderful. My dog pretty messed up in an accident and they are doing everything they can to make sure he heals okay. I highly recommend this vet for anything you need.

We love Dr Flanders! We started taking our dog to see him 10 years ago! He has also delivered 5 of our beloved German Shepherd's puppies! He's just the best!

Dr. Flanders and his staff are awesome! They were all very kind and considerate with me and Toby. They were very informative and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Thankfully, Toby is going to be fine. It was nice to know that everyone cared for Toby as much as we do. Thanks!

Good place to take pets for inexpensive vaccines.
However I would take them somewhere else for an illness. They do not seem to be very through and listen to your concerns. They did blood work and a battery of other testing and antibiotics to no avail.
Four weeks later we took our pet to a different vet for a second opinion knowing something was still wrong and we weren't getting anywhere close to a solution with V.I.P and we were informed that our pet was VERY sick and had to be put down.

AWESOME! Dr. Flanders provides great service, great prices and has a very "down to earth" approach!! THEY DO NOT TRY TO "UP-SELL" YOU ON SERVICES AND PRODUCTS YOU DON'T NEED!!! (unlike many other vets out there will try to do) I have three cats, and have a very limited budget and my pets are always well taken care of and served with care and compassion!

Very personable, fairly priced and great experience.
