DO NOT USE THEM!! These guys repaired a fairly minor front bumper accident (passenger side) on my daughters car a few months ago. Looked good. She is 17 and usually drives alone. It wasn't until her dad drove it later that he could hear the bumper was still hitting the tire on left turns. So he checked it at home. The passenger door wasn't aligned properly, and was popping whenever the door opened wide, and was in turn causing the molding/trim to begin to separate. Took it back in to them. "There must've been additional damage after our repair". Hmmmm, not a scratch on it, in the exact same place? Seriously? Ended up taking it somewhere else, who is charging us double what we paid Vintage originally to repair their crappy work. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had my fender flares painted to match on my F150 here - in 2015 or 2016. Well, truck was in an accident in 2018 and at the time Vintage was booked out. So I had to take it to a different shop. New shop pained the new hood and driver fender. Not even a month later it started peeling - the other shop blamed rock chips (up by the windshield on an 8 1/2 lifted truck). I told them to look at my fenders as they still are in perfect shape and asked - how many rocks do you think hit those with a 38 tire throwing rocks at them. Dumbfounded - they said nothing. I filed a claim and got my money back. I will be needing another truck painted and I m definitely checking here first!

Just picked up my 4Runner on a complete new paint refresh & it came out better than factory. This is my 6th vehicle they have completely redone for me & I am always impressed . I've given them the highest compliment any business can achieve and that is referrals for my friends & customers . Never a disappointment...

Honest review here- I had paintwork done on a new Raptor about 1.5 years ago by Vintage, it was done 3rd party through a Ford dealership for damage caused while in the dealership's care. I originally was unhappy with the work done and John paid for a pro detailer to fix the work to my standards (wet sanding and compound). It sounds like said dealerships customer experience manager pressured him into getting the truck back quickly which I could easily see happening (Groove Ford) Fast forward to today: the clear coat they applied back then failed. It hazed and began delaminating/chipping. I took it back to John (again over a year after their repair) and he stood by their work and was willing and eager to repair it. Apparently they switched paint manufacturers because of issues like mine from the previous paint vendor. Anyway, dropped truck off and hoped for the best... 2 days later picked it up, initial inspection in the parking lot and it looked really good. I got it home under my garage lights and a spot light: it is literally better than factory I sh!t you not. It's perfect. My standards are ridiculous, my cars get polished and ceramic coated when I get them to give you a point of reference. I park way far away to avoid jagoffs and door dings. They stand by their work and if you aren't happy they will fix it. That's about all you can ask for and I appreciate a business willing to go that route these days. Maybe the picture doesn't do it justice but the door they painted is literally perfect. Thanks guys.

Took my car there for a front end repair and paid close to 6 thousand dollars to come home to coolant drips on my driveway. Definitely not something you want to come home to after waiting for a month to get your car back. Will update this review later on.

Unbelievable experience with Vintage Autoworks, they were on top of my repair from the start. They immediately ordered by replacement and had my car ready in a two day turn around. For anyone who is worried about great quality and service take your car to Vintage Autoworks.

Excellent body work and paint, but really slow (I think because they are so busy). Great follow up.

I can not say enough about the Vintage Auto Team. I have taken other vehicles here before and just had to take another one. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Not only do they do it right, but they work hard to get it done as efficiently as possible. They also communicated with me through the process so I didn t;t have to call to check on the progress. My Tahoe looks AWESOME!!! I HIGHLY recommend VA&C! They will make your car good as new!

Went in to chat with them about a claim for insurance. Didn't pan out. Not because they couldn't perform the service, but because the shop manager was a complete jerk to me for the entire process. Had he approached the situation differently, they'd have my money now, and in the future. But i despise giving money to jerks. Wether they are talented or not.

UPDATE: (8.11.2017) I was driving down the interstate and the hinge to the bed gate (they took it off to paint it) fell off. I had to buy a new one from Ford and had to go buy the specialty tool to put it on correctly. Also took my truck to the car wash and all the scratches they "buffed out" are back. (7.15.2017)Buyer Beware. I took my truck in to get some work done could not be more disappointed. Now the paint and body work they did was good not great just good (could not tell the day i got it being it was so filthy inside and out). They were supposed to replace the plastic pieces around the truck bed. They only did 4 out of 5 (charged me for all 5). Ford had put the truck bed on incorrect. I paid them to put it back on the correct way. It looks exactly the same. I paid them to fix the bumper it sagged low on the left side, it too looks exactly the same. I bought a new tonneau cover for the truck. They did not put in the drains then looked at me to do it. There is a big ding in the chrome on the front of the truck that wasn't there when i dropped it off. They also were almost 7 days past the deadline that they gave me, to get the work done. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have had many things done here by this shop. Hands down the best around. All the work done is still holding up, looking new years later. The staff is great, and the quality is amazing. These guys genuinely care about your car. Rare to find that quality.

Don't go here if you want any say in how your car is repaired. They do what they want and are not willing to work with you.

Used Vintage for some insurance collision work and they took great care of me. Fast and solid work and they talked with the insurable company for work approval for me. Excellent service and results!

They did an excellent job repairing our Toyota rav 4. The paint match was perfect, all new parts fit well, and the car drove just like new. They completed the repairs at the estimate price, on time, with no surprises and the prices were competitive. We trust them and would use again if necessary.

I was referred to Vintage Auto Works a couple years ago from Mike Ward to replace a front bumper on my Infiniti G37. They fixed it and restored it to mint condition. About 18 months later my bumper started peeling and I brought it back to Doug at Vintage for his assessment. He identified the issue as a defect in the part the insurance company had requested and although the previous insurance company would not stand behind their part, Doug and Vintage stood behind their work and replaced the bumper. I was impressed by their commitment to do what is right by the customer and would recommend Vintage to anyone looking for body repair work. Thank you Doug.

I hit some ice and wrecked the front end of my car on the side of my garage. I brought it to Vintage after being recommended by a family friend and they did not disappoint! They made sure to keep me in the loop and made my car look brand spanking new. The color of my car is hard to match since it s a grey/blue with hints of green, but they were concise in color matching and you can t even tell that it wasn t the original paint! I took my brand new Ford F150 to Vintage for repairs from an accident that some one else's insurance was paying for. The F150 is aluminum and I was concerned about repairs on my brand new pick up. The people at Vintage did a beautiful job fixing my F150. They are quality people and quality repairs. I will reccomend them to every one I know.

Took my car in for some fairly extensive hail damage repair. The auto was returned looking like new. I can't tell that it ever had a single ding. Very pleased with the staff, process and result.

THANK YOU JOHN, for fixing my baby. I went thru a carwash and something in the wash bay was broken and they didn't find out until my truck had thirteen different sized dents above my doors when they dried it off. John and his technicians made it look like it did when I bought my Truck New in 2017. Their attention to detail is rare, and I'm thankful that they went above and beyond making it look like New again. I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Over the last three years I ve taken my Infiniti cars there for body work. I ve always been more than satisfied with the final results. There estimates were fair and most appreciated was their time forecast. If they promised the car by Tuesday it was ready Tuesday or before.

Took my Audi A8L in for body work on the hood and driver's post from the result of a brick falling off of a truck on C470.. They did a horrible job. One coat of paint and a terrible job of that. Could have done better at Macco or Earl Shive. Hell, could have done better with a can of spray paint. If you treasure your automobile go somewhere else. The staff is arrogant and condescending.

They are such nice people. Right from the moment I went to their place they greeted me so kindly. They did the estimate and helped me with filing a claim with my insurance all the way to helping set up my rental car. Once they were done with the repairs my baby looked as good as the day I bought her. So happy with them. I will for sure use them when ever I need repairs of this kind. A+++++++ Bravo Bravo

Doug did an amazing job on my Subaru. He was responsive, helpful, understanding, willing to discuss options based on my needs, and willing to discuss other items for my car as well. When something extra was needed, he helped out and communicated clearly with me about it. Very good customer service through him and with others I interacted with. Pride Auto recommended this place to me, and I see why! I highly recommend going here.

I have been here two times to do repairs on my Subaru crosstrek and I can't recommend it enough. They do great work but also have great customer service. I really felt like they were looking out for me (1st time I paid out of pocket for repairs and it came in under estimate. 2nd time I used insurance and they fought for insurance to cover real Subaru parts). I hope I don't need repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I will not think twice about going back!

Without writing a novel, Let me give you the main points... Most shops in this industry go out of their way to sell you stuff that you don't need and jack the price of repairs up. I did not experience this here. They did their best to keep the price down and even reused some cosmetic parts that another shop was going to charge me $200 to replace. My job was done EARLIER than they promised me and my car looked like it had never been in an accident. Throughout the process, John kept me updated and answered all my questions via e-mail showing great customer service skills. Hopefully I will not need body work again anytime soon but if I do, I will not hesitate to use Vintage Autoworks

This place is amazing. Doug and the crew took my toyota after a bad accident and made it look brand new again. I did not think it could be done. AAAAAA++++

Long story short, my husband and I did not get our car fixed here strictly because of the workers. I've had communication with them three times and each time they were rude. After speaking to my husband about a conversation he had with them without me, they were rude to him as well. That was the last straw. Will not use them strictly due to how we were treated from day one. I will not tolerate someone speaking to me as if I am unintelligent.

John and his team did a great job fixing up my Impreza, which needed a new door and the fender repaired. I came in without an appt and he gave me a quote on the spot. Initially I was referred my Pride Auto Care around the corner, so I knew it would be a dependable business and John exceeded my expectations. The door looks great and the color matches perfectly. Really good about keeping me up to date on the progress of my car. Callie who works in the front office is very nice and super knowledgeable. They returned my car fully detailed (thanks Corey for that)!

I am so very very impressed with this business. They are very friendly and proffesional. I took my 2018 GTR to them for a damaged fr end insurance repair. They went thru and found additional damage that the insurance did not see and as well they were able to get the insurance to pay for all new OEM parts. I have had many cars repaired over the years the people here have the customers best interest at hand when it comes to collision repair. I will reccomend them to everyone I meet. Outstanding people.

Receptionist is great, the work done was great. John's lack of communication with my insurance company, and the excess time for repairing the car, led to USAA not covering the entire cost of the rental car. So I am out $350.

These guys went out of their way to help me out when an insurance company was making things difficult. They're honest and not just focused on getting the most money out of you. I was rear ended recently on my new vehicle and I went to Vintage Autoworks on a recommendation. They don t use after market parts which is amazing. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was done by Thursday. The car looked great and looked like it was never in an accident, Anthony did a great job on my vehicle and if any future accidents do occur I will go here.

I searched many Collision centers around the whole area and Vintage was the friendliest, best customer service, the most on top of their stuff, and best reasonable price for the work I needed done on my car. I HIGHLY recommend that everyone at least goes there to experience what good service is like. I promise you will be hooked!! I know I am!! Great Job guys! My car looks brand new again! Vintage had my car in & out quickly & did a great job - my car was spotless! Vintage answered all my questions & dealt with the insurance company for me so that all the repair issues were resolved. Thanks Vintage, I'll definitely recommend your services!

Doug was rude and passive over the phone. Very un professional. Non-helpful, slow, non efficient. Even my insurance agent called him arrogant when trying to get important information. I spoke to Doug and it was clear he needed to be away from costumer relations and doing work in the back, but he couldn t because he was left alone doing everything in shop. He suggested I take my business elsewhere and I m glad I did after talking to a few pro places and they told me THIS PLACE DOES NOT USE OEM PARTS. The owner later called, who was just as ridiculous and unhelpful. I will base my opinion of their work on their poor costumer service. Get it together! Stop being cheap, get Doug some help, he obviously hates answering phones.

DRIVE RIGHT PAST THIS BUSINESS!!! They are rude, have absolutley no communication, and have no respect whatsoever. Tried to get our car in for repairs, and the staff either hate their job, or truly don't care. They wouldn't return messages, and then deny we ever called. Its not hard to check Voicemail.

The best experience I ve ever had with a repair shop! Took in my 2018 Subaru Outback after a fender bender and they made the car look better than before the wreck. Couldn t be happier with John and his team.
