Nearly nonexistent customer service. They are a middle man from the local winery to UPS. They say they can do nothing about shipments, I have to talk to UPS. UPS tells me I am not the shipper so I cannot do anything. Just finger pointing at each other. Worse, customer service is only by email. There is no way to speak with anyone so resolving (not that anything was resolved) an issue takes a day or more with all the back and forth.
