Wine House, at Palazzo de Probizer, in Isera. Excellent location to host painting exhibitions. Rooms restored very well.

The Vallagarina wine house should be a showcase of the homonymous valley.
I state that I do not think we will give him a second chance.
There were many flaws in the kitchen-room communication, we were brought first to eat than to drink.
At a certain point in the service, the maitre d 'sat at a table and no longer carried out his duties of supervision and reception.
You don't work that personally.
The dessert we chose was completely out of balance.
Tartlet too sweet, in the garden at lunch in the summer, especially a dessert like this is cloying.
It was enough to see that both of us have just tasted it.
They could cancel at least one of them from the account.
If you want to do quality catering you need to understand the customer and his needs.
Here they have not succeeded.

Beautiful experience in this fantastic place. Neat, clean, warm and spacious rooms. Spacious bathroom and perfect shower. The restaurant is very nice and you can eat very well. Friendly and welcoming staff. I highly recommend it.

Really excellent place. Quality food and wine, comfortable, charming and hospitable rooms.

Absolutely great! The dishes on the blackboard are not many but are displayed at the entrance and understandable in the description. This choice is part of the restaurant policy that prefers to offer always fresh dishes and variability also depending on the season. The wine cellar is excellent, as is the reception by the landlord. The service is fast and well organized. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming.
We will be back, maybe hoping to find the sweetbreads and fried artichokes: a delight!

Looks like a little castle in a little town . It's a little vintage but in a good way. They olso have a few room's a nice view.
The wine selection and suggestion was excellent even if I don't drink much. Food wise they apparently have a set menu that is changed each day the appetizer very good a trout, first dish was bread gnocchi with a cream souce an excellent choice . main course was heavy to eat,to much flavour . Desert was a selection all very good chose by the staff. Nice experience worth the visit. Hard to find parking

We always stop for lunch when we pass on the A22 for the holidays. Very pleasant environment, always available and kind staff, few dishes but always excellent, a menu that you don't eat every day but at the same time made of simple and genuine ingredients. Always recommended.

As always a beautiful experience: professional but also friendly, good food, good selection of wine, beautiful setting and beautiful location. And now also remarkable desserts. It is worth stopping here when passing through Rovereto, but it is absolutely advisable to also come here on purpose!

Unfortunately in passing, only one night to visit Isera's friends who recommended the place. Very satisfied with the location, tastefully renovated historic house. Beautiful the room, with some small details to be improved: very nice but not entirely functional furniture (in the bathroom there is no space to place the beauty case or other, as often happens), some ikea furniture that does not suit you at the level of the rest of the furniture. Excellent breakfast with top quality products, exquisite hospitality and courtesy of the staff. Very elegant restaurant and terrace. I hope to come back, even to taste the cuisine and the wines that, being guests of friends, we have not tried.

Cozy entrance with antiques and wildflowers. The room is intimate with rustic chairs and candlelit tables. Fast and friendly service. Too bad for the highlight of the evening: dinner. Barley which, with its mushroom scent, promised well, instead completely tasteless. Local porcini probably, but cut too big (at one point I found myself a slice of at least 7 cm in the plate, perhaps the stem mah). The second is a poorly cooked pork tenderloin because it is hard and bitter in bites. Good appetizer.
We leave a little surprised: we expected more, especially for the bill paid. Local in my opinion overrated.
I can't judge about wines. They served us a white of our choice (rightly because of the courses they suggested a red) and recommended the Spagnolli.

Fantastic place with excellent views and sensational dishes that constantly change but maintain their high standard ... Genuine and tasty products and impeccable service, very attentive to the customer and ready to serve any request ... Also the decor that recalls with paintings, the farmers and the cellars from which the wines on the menu of this fantastic restaurant come, very warm and welcoming.

Undoubtedly a place of great class with waiters and staff up to their task.
Attention to detail, very clean. And especially available with lactose intolerance, the dishes have been modified at the moment to exclude the allergen.

I must say, however, that I expected more from the menu and instead from the presentation of the maitre d 'to the actual dish there was a discrepancy. Good, but nothing that even the presentation disappointed me compared to expectations.

The entrance to faces from the small square with a stone fountain with the wines on display is already an excellent restaurant. The outdoor patio is very welcoming. Everything is cared for and perfect but maintains a pleasant simplicity. Worth mentioning are the duck breasts, the pumpkin flowers in batter, the tagliolini with mushrooms and of course the magnificent wines. Ingredients exclusively from the zone km 0. They are very happy to accept animals. Wonderful staff always present but not intrusive. Prices adequate but not high 40-50 per person including wines.

Place delicious food at a warm welcome. The rooms are very nice.

We were on the highway and we were looking for a special place to have lunch. We came across this small restaurant in line with read reviews. We called to book and with great grace and availability they accepted the booking even though it was already 13.30. very welcoming environment. At the entrance a blackboard with the words "Done and served by happy people": nothing more true. Unfortunately we are not particularly wine experts but what they recommended with the proposed dish seemed in perfect combination. The dishes are excellent and refined. The only flaw is the too-tight menu: 1 starter, 1 first, 1 second. I would propose to add at least an alternative to reach ... Sweet proposed delicious.

I always come back here with pleasure. The restaurant is not really a restaurant but a wine bar with a unique menu that changes every day so the choice is nothing: an appetizer, a first course, a second course and several desserts. Typical dishes, cooked to perfection and served with care. The staff is friendly and the owner very hospitable. Absolutely to try.

Very nice place in a historic building in the center of Isera, with a magnificent view over the valley and the city of Rovereto. Fantastic personal wine list focused on the producers of the area as it should be in a wine house. Interesting the kitchen that uses mainly local raw materials and related to the season.

A lovely place for an intimate lunch or dinner or in company, we have already been there 3 times for the baptism of our daughters. For those who want to come from outside the province it also offers the possibility of sleeping in comfortable rooms such as B&B. All with typical products, good wine and Trento DOC.
