Beautiful place, fantastic hospitality, excellent dishes, wonderful wines. If you are in the area you have to try it absolutely without forgetting to make shopping at choosing among the wines and delicacies to savor.

Little attention especially if you appear inadequately "in". Wine is expensive and served without anything. Then to pay, some difficulties with contact less systems.

The restaurant's atmosphere and the outdoor veranda (summer) are wonderful. The menu is very small, usually 3-4 types of dishes a day, so it's always a good idea to call and ask for the menu. The dishes are usually well kept and well balanced. Personally I think they are good but they don't leave their mark. Excellent wine cellar commission which collects all the wines produced in the Vallagarina area.

Very kind and beautiful location. The choice of wines is limited in summer by the lack of stocks and there are no different wines due to exhaustion.

The name already suggests that it is a place for wine tasting rather than edible, as the philosophy of the managers imprinted on the Great variety napkin states.

Innovative and creative. Kitchen never dull but of excellent quality. The wine is always combined with care and wisdom. We suggest.

The location is certainly suggestive, starting from the historic building, which is dated but well cared for, and the view over the Vallagarina. I must say that I expected more from the point of view of eating: the elaborate reinterpretations end up being mediocre dishes with an indefinite flavor. The menu is fixed and even the prices are a bit inflated.

Born to promote the local wine producers, which I believe are also the owners, this place offers a very refined cuisine and well executed. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the building that houses it is very characteristic. But the higher gear of this place is represented by the guys who run it. Very hospitable and above all competent my sincere compliments for how they work. Highly recommended if you find yourself around here.

Magnificent, a reserved and typical environment, of food at km 0 perfectly cooked accompanied by excellent wines of the area and served by an impeccable staff. Obviously you pay for quality, but it's certainly worth it.

Service was professional ,Conrado make sure you got what you need during your dinning time so definitely highly recommended this gem at anytime .thank you for checking out my reviews.

Very beautiful and welcoming structure. I also found the idea of the consortium of local wine producers gathered in a hotel very beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are also delicious, offering a different theme menu every night with fresh products, the only flaw is that there are no alternatives available. I had the chance to try the suite and it was very nice and spacious with a view of the valley. Friendly staff. Prices in line with quality.

Perfect service and beautiful wine. We was on the way back home and wanted to find a small restaurant in the italian villages. Though there are only three kinds of dishes for lunch, this wine house exceeded our expectations.

Very little food after dinner I went to eat a pizza

The place is really nice. We dined on the terrace and that too is a well-kept location. Fixed menu evening with trio of bruschetta, ribeye with aromatic cream and sandy potatoes (fantastic meat, well prepared and quality), tiramisu by the glass (the base looked like a crumbled almond cake topped with a mascarpone mousse with tiramisu). All accompanied by Pinot Grigio from the area. Price 35 ... excellent value for money; for the food they served us the price and soo reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

We stayed one night in this magical place, which combines tradition and innovation in an almost perfect way. The rooms are a gem, well maintained and equipped with every comfort. The wine cellar and above all the restaurant are their strong point and perfectly embody the Trentino spirit of hospitality and quality of food and service.
A special praise to all the staff who are welcoming, thoughtful and efficient to say the least.
