I have been a customer of Vimpex Kft. for several years now and I must say, their products are just average. The quality is decent but nothing special. I feel like there are better options out there, but they get the job done. Overall, I would say they are just average.

They can't be reached by phone or email, they don't respond to anything. There is no customer service, the store manager has been difficult to reach, who was unable to say anything, because he is "just a store manager" ... It takes weeks to deliver the ordered products.
Chemical wholesale in September 7, 2020 I bought at 1:30. The cashier tossed the goods. Before he started checking in, he went to see if he needed an accelerator until we smoked a cigarette. After payment, the inspection man put two more products there that I didn t know what it was, and then when I asked him he hostilely replied that it was a gift. After I didn t understand that and why, I asked if I had that gift. Answer: a gift. After I get out of the Store I hear this man talking to the cashier behind me in a hostile emotional state.
