Ville de Luxembourg - Bierger-Center (Registration Office) Review

This is the best public service I've experienced, always simple and fast, I never spent more than 10 minutes there.

Waiting time about 30 minutes, but it s the first working day of the year so perhaps that is why. Efficient service once you get your turn. Friendly place.

Went in to register, took less than 10 minutes and the staff was super helpful

Never seen a more practical, efficient and friendly public service in my life. Even the building is cozy, well decorated with toys for the kids in the waiting hall.

We went there for the first time on a cold December 31. And whenever we go to a public bureaucracy place we are kinda expecting to be told that we forgot the form long-number-dash-something, right? Also the instructions said that document copies should be authenticated, but we had no idea where to get those, so we re also expecting to be sent to someplace else, to face some other slow lines, just to be back and find the office already closed. But no, sir, that s not what happens here.

A friendly person received us with a smile, copied and authenticated everything himself, gave us all the official documents we went there to get and we were on our way no more than 45 minutes after entering the building. And subsequent although rare visits gave us the same general impression.

I have been there twice. Once to register and second to change my address. I loved the place. I felt welcome. They gave me all the required information and help. Thank you

I visited 3-4 times for arrival declaration, Document notary signature and Enquiry. The response is really good and helpful. Waiting time is maximum 5 minutes.

fast acknowledge with almost no wait. COVID-19 rules properly followed, very helpful staff even in English language.
