Horrible person! Horrible service! No idea why the nasty demeanor when simply asking if a title is available. Perhaps it's for locals only? I'm glad I found the book at the "large store" ... I rather support local businesses, but in this case, you can keep your business to your selected people. It's obvious you cater to certain people.
Though most of the books are in Italian, it still made me 5/5 happy to see such a huge collection on esoterism and art

The apparent disorder is part of the charm of this old bookcase with wooden shelves up to the ceiling full of books, many of which are really rare and unusual ... rummaging in search of a volume is a unique tactile and olfactory experience that those buy on Amazon will never try. They have entire departments on esoteric and historical topics normally absent in other libraries. Complete a great variety of tarot decks and other divination cards. The staff is extremely kind and helpful.
