Villarosa Kempinski Hotel, Nairobi Review

Lovely place and the food was well done.
Though access into certain restaurants at the hotel from the parking need to be reconcidered.

The Italian restaurant (Lucca) is very nice.

This evaluation is for the hotel's Chinese restaurant. I ordered a few home-cooked dishes. The taste is very good. I have the taste of home-cooked food. There are not many restaurants in Beijing.

The best place for relaxing, date or business in Nairobi. Their services are of international standards.
Before you settle for accommodation or a meal here, do proper research on prices as it is quite expensive.

Excellent conference venue and facility. The service is of a high level and the catering of a high standard.

Hosted several events at the Kempinski; great ambience, they are able to act fast on requests, last minute or otherwise. The facilities are also all (mostly all) available whenever you want to host an in-house event.

It is a beautiful hotel with delicious food and beautiful scenery. The entrance is perfect and so is the garden.

Timeless elegance to the most of the satisfaction!! Was in for the New Year s Eve and was so outstanding experience of my life. To start was the pre experience on the lobby with the music and bubbly flowing with apt starters that keep you going for the night. Performances at the ball room was a outstanding with the band playing step by step songs to keep your body moving and ultimately keep you and your partner dancing to the tunes. Food was outstanding with Diana our server doing all and everything to make us on the block of paradise. Nothing could have asked for more with an out saying dessert concept of floated dessert with there chef John making it a pleasure and jolly ride home. Firecrackers to end and more bubbly flowing!! Thank you team to get in the new year in style the way of Kempinski !! To the Beauty and opulence of creativity well done and can t wait for more to come for you guys: Happy new year 2020!!!

This place is comparable to none in town in all fronts; be it meals, ambience, drinks, customers services, pocket friendly services etc. Simply this is the best.

Great ambience, great food and very warm and welcoming staff.

Nice, ambient place, easily accessible. Efficient security system. Workers generally strike a good balance of being courteous, respectful, pleasant and helpful without being overbearing.
Areas to improve on:
1. Better signage in the parking lot would be useful, especially for first-timers as yellow arrows on the floor are not clearly visible.
2. There's cross-interference of noise from adjacent halls during conferences/ seminars. May be some soundproofing of the movable partitions would help

The name says it all. Situated at the heart and soul of Nairobi - this is one of the best hotels in town. Known for its hospitality - I love to visit the coffee shop here for quick bites as well. Despite the noise of the urban city, the sitting area and the Roman garden is super quiet and soothing. Perfect get away both for the residents and non residents. Oh yeah.. try their muffins if you haven't - ... Love jt!

This is a hotel for kings, literally. Obama's haunt in 2015. Several restaurants serving global gourmet. Watch out for Sunday brunch with a live band as well as several treats for kids.
