Great place, good food, wonderful service. Limited space so packed tight. Enough parking. Tight security which can be intrusive at times.

Nice place, the staff were polite and helpful. I just didn't like that you make passengers coming in on foot to bend/stoop down to pass under the cars barrier when entering the hotel.

Maginificent, but not very pocket friendly for lowly paid.

One of the most talk about places in Nairobi, it is consider to be quite a posh place both to dine and to stay. If you do intend on going I highly recommend calling first to confirm space (both for dinning and accommodation). If you have some really really special - this is definitely a place to take them.

Wow. The ambiance is amazing. The staff are warm and receptive and fast. I was treated like royalty. Wonderful experience. By the way it doesnt cost and arm a leg and a kidney to enjoy a sumptuous meal. I fully recomend. Do not be intimidated its a wonderful place that most can afford

Excellent 5 star hotel with generous rooms and excellent food (even room service). Needs a 5-10 min cab ride to where the action is but otherwise quiet and relaxing and good for Westlands.

That rib-eye stake at the Italian restaurant today....too good!
