My mom is an 89 year old woman who has cancer, diabetes and osteoarthritis legs. She was told by her Oncologist, that she could not get any more cancer treatments because it's not working for her anymore. She will have 3 to six months left for life. We had three assessments to get 24/7 homecare. All denied. My mom is now bedridden. Shame on this healthcare provider to not give my mom the additional care that she needs. Although, my sister and I have been struggling with our own lives and jobs to watch my mom. Village Care Max are not caring or compassionate to provide my mom the extra care when she needed it the most.

THE CASE MANAGER SUPERVISOR IS SO LAZY THAT SHE TRIES TO MAKE YOU DO HER JOB AND HAVING AN 80 YEAR OLD MOM I HAVE MORE THAN ENUFF TO DO ALREADY
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE UNPROFESSIONAL INS COMPANIES RIPPING OFF THE ELDERLY PROVIDING THEM WITH BELOW STANDARD SERVICE ! I WILL SEE TO IT THESE TYPES OF COMPANIES ARE ERADICATED FOR THEY SERVE NO PURPOSE OR CARE FOR OUR ELDERS !

Please do not select this company for mltc my grandmother gets 20 hours. The last few months my grandmother has had several falls and even an emergency surgery. Her Doctor wrote a letter of medical necessity stating she needs more hours to ensure her safety. Nurses come out for appeals and then decline her.
My grandmother cannot even move anymore not even in getting herself dressed. Not to mention not once has this company reached out to make sure my grandmother is okay after her surgery. This company only cares about money for themselves. I will be taking my grandmother to a different company.

This company is the worst they supposedly helping my mother with rehabilitation and aid after my mother got hip replacement they so bad they only gave my mother 38 hours after her doctor recommended 84 hours not only that the case manager never got back to me after I call probably 5 time asking to speak to it terrible hope her or his mother never have to face a situation like my mother. Since Friday, January 29, I have tried to contact Village Care Max to confirm the replacement home care attendant Monday, February 1, to no avail; it is mind-boggling to think that V.C.M is supposedly in the business of care of the elderly and be so irresponsible, there is no captain at the helm, they keep no track of whom is assigned or not to a patient. Today my 100-year-old father has no one attending him and not answering his calls or even wondering why has no attendant clock in with my dad location. #VCMsucks

Village Care Max is awesome, I love their services and my mother case manager Geraldine one of the best.
She check on my mother and I from time to time to make we are fine and happy to inform us about any questions or concerns. If she's not available she always return our calls. She definitely knows about the services inquiry, and she has a uplifting and excitement about her field. And she always says, things like did you and your mom eat breakfast, how's is mom doing. I appreciate her, she is one of the sweetest person I ever known. Nurse AIDEs are very supportive, they scheduled appointments that are convenient with you, and they show up to your home on time. I'm very, very satisfied with all their services and will continue to remain with them. Thanks Village Care Max for letting us see what's possible!
Con version VCM services, would be my first time experience with transportation. I have one of the worst experience with transportation, that I will never, ever considered. I would have taken Access A Ride. If I knew my mother and I was going to go through all the craziness and customers service was even worse. If anyone reading this trust me, don't use their service, try to provide your own and if you continue to use their services good luck and if you haven't any problems with transportation, hallelujah. As for me, you burn me but once, it's a rap!. You win some and you lose some, it's a part of life.
