An incredibly beautiful Villa both in the interior very refined and classy, both in the garden but above all for its enviable position. It is located above Frascati and dominates with a view as far as Tivoli and beyond as far as the Sabina and the Roman castles. Cool place, surrounded by greenery: to visit!

In the Roman belt in Frascati, a historic villa transformed into a hotel, not very large old rooms with period furnishings, has a spa and swimming pool. From reach by car or you're stuck unless you use the shuttle for a fee or walk down for about thirty minutes to get to Frascati, the road in the middle of the woods is not lit and very dangerous from dusk to dawn if not equipped with flashlight.

Splendid residence with a 360 degree panoramic view. Room price + spa included for the type of location and abundant breakfast.

We stayed for 5 nights in june 2018. The hotel is an impressive sight and the view really is amazing. A good workout is also offered on the ca 1 km long steep walk up to the hotel. Most of the staff is really friendly and helpfull. However, it is hard to not get the feeling that they would prefer to only have conferences and wedding parties - which is the reason for the lower score. A quite boring breakfast did not improve the score either.

The enchanting place, makes everyone forgive.

Room 516, small very small, suitable just for one person, overlooks the left side of the Villa, so it does not enjoy the magnificent view.
Good cleaning, having used the room very little there was nothing to clean, apart from the bathroom, which I must say was cleaned every day.
A little uncomfortable minibar, present in the closet, together with the safe so everything is quite small.
The water they refill in the fridge every day, if used, will be charged to you.
The "gadgets" in the bathroom are reduced two shower caps, shampoo-shower (2in1 product), a hand soap and two plastic cups.

In the 5 days (19-23-August) that I spent, I had to fight with the herds of mosquitoes, so equip yourself with tons of repellent, since the room at least mine, did not have a mosquito net on the window, and if you hate sleeping with the 'AC at night, you have to work around somehow.

International breakfast, not bad there was everything, the thing I liked most was the magnificent glasses of fresh fruit salad present every morning, excellent and with seasonal fruit.
The desserts looked packaged, I tasted one with apples, but it was really very sweet.
Drinks such as coffee and fruit juices, all withdrawn from dispensers, the quality was medium / low.

Position 8+, it is located in the upper part of Frascati, and this gives it a magnificent view, beautiful fresh air, and above all silence and peace, which I liked most of all.

To get to the center of Frascati just take the car, drive for just 1-2 km, and you will find yourself at the Ombrellino park where there is a municipal parking lot, with video surveillance. And from there with a few steps you will be in the center of Frascati.

The hotel has an internal restaurant, I have never had dinner / lunch so I cannot review it.

A beautiful landscape, an ancient and well-kept structure, a pleasant park ... my room was not up to the rest of the structure ... I didn't have time to visit the spa. Hotel recommended.

Exclusive location in the Tuscolo park. Suitable for refined events. The room on the sixth floor of the structure (Sala Belvedere) has an exceptional view over all of Rome. Impeccable reception and catering service.

Very nice and charming place with a nice view to the city, though the breakfast is not excellent.

I come here a couple of times a year for conferences. Great fast service for lunch and dinner despite the large number of people.

One star less for the bad noise isolation ( you can hear what your neighbor doing); one star less because i felt cheated in many sense, as a result I asked Do i need to pay, how much? Per person per bottle, how? , this apparently tells you, you do not have your own car, you are screwed! hotel shuttle is not free, either you take 30 mins to climb down/up, or you pay 5 euros per person for each ride! Only if you checkin and checkout then that ride is free! For god sake, if you plan more than 1 day here, bring a car, a bike or whatever, because mountain in the evening looks dark.
One more star less because, things are dated but fortunately not worn out, bed a bit hard but acceptable, breakfast has not much choice but at least you have gluten free flakes.
In a conclusion, my worst 4-star hotel experience so far.

Splendid historic structure, as beautiful as the view you can enjoy from there.
We consider that it is almost a historical relic so do not expect anything other than an immersion in history and nature.

Lovely view but the time of payment I requested an invoice but the program did not go, I would have had to send it but instead ... On my request they sent me the receipt despite having repeatedly requested the bill.

Nice hotel with drawbacks. The view of Rome is spectacular. The entrance to the hotel, the building itself make something. The rooms are simple and decorated in the appropriate style. Unfortunately we had during our entire stay no hot water. Repeated requests at the front desk and the visit of the janitor brought no remedy. Italian serenity:) What bothered me the most was the lack of breakfast. Pampige Toaststullen, a very clear selection of sausage, cheese, fruit, etc. A decent start to the day you imagine yourself as a tourist differently. Here the hotel does not live up to its claim. The way to the train station is acceptable, the hotel is located on a hill above Frascati. Frascati is worthwhile, with many cafes, bars and shops. Rome is easily accessible by train.

We were treated horribly, humidity everywhere is not worth it at all.
We asked a bald man and another with black hair for help, he looked for my mother to look for something and they practically threw us a list; It was not the correct one we asked xfavor to give us another one and we got the one from the rooms. Their names were not there and we informed them, he told us then that they were not, which was impossible.
The worst experience in a hotel, I do not recommend it at all.

Beautiful location with panoramic views of Rome. Double rooms suitable but beware, very small single rooms (it looks like good rooms), unacceptable. Everything would need to be renovated. Buffet small dej extra simple. Dishes at the restaurant not terrible. In short, do not deserve the award of 4-star hotel. Pity!

Beautiful locations but excessively basic rooms, the mirror only in the bathroom even in double rooms, some rooms I would call them Franciscan cells. The food was nothing short of poor as raw materials and also poorly cooked, the staff at the restaurant service of the lunch shifts was not very polite I would say almost unhappy with our presence. The waiters of the evening were instead very smiling, professional, and of maximum Courtesy. At the reception the daytime staff here is also very professional, but some smiles were missing though! And lastly my compliments to the night receptionist, who even if he had to play the "troublemaker" did so with immense courtesy and much sympathy. I hope this criticism is constructive, after all it is a wonderful place and an extra mirror would be enough in every room and many more smiles, for eating there is a Po more than work to improve but I'm sure you can do it. Good improvement

From the photos the rooms look beautiful, but in reality they gave us a disgusting hole with an uncomfortable bed (2 beds attached to make a wedding), my back still hurts ... For our second marriage we wanted to live a fairy tale and that's why we chose this dream property ... It was a fantastic experience from the first moment. We were taken by the hand and accompanied you to the day of our reception by a wonderful person .... Mr. Francesco Torrente to whom we completely relied and we could not have hoped for better because he knew exactly what our desires and expectations were and he was able to realize them one by one ... starting with the civil ceremony that took place in the Vanvitelli room ... a room with a great historical impact that left our guests truly bewitched ... ..
Following an outdoor aperitif characterized first and foremost by great elegance ... but also by abundance and quality.
We then moved on to dinner in the beautiful Ruffini room furnished with taste and attention to detail by the sweet Francesca bongianni who knew how to read my mind and chose furnishings and colors that everyone praised.
The originality and exquisiteness of the dishes did the rest ... but ... it's not over here ... because our guests were still entertained for the moment of the cake at an even more subjective corner outside the structure ... here they were served sweet fruit and aperitifs presented with very original choreographies ... all of it always under the watchful eye of Mr. Torrente who has not neglected any detail and who asked for continuous confirmation of our liking
So we danced in a movie atmosphere ... ..
Even today it seems to me that I have dreamed but ... it was all true and there is confirmation of the many compliments that we still receive from those present ... .. also excellent rooms to stay and ... the day after the rich breakfast and relaxation in the spa ...
I would recommend to anyone a truly unforgettable experience ... the place with its breathtaking view ... the quality of the products served and everything ... ... the great professionalism of the staff.

Very elegant and a beautiful place for events, just a little to improve the passage through the halls of ceremonies, uncomfortable to do with stilettos, ceremonial dresses, as it is unpaved.

Splendid cardinal hotel. Jump back in time to the splendor of the popes. Long corridors and beautiful building atmosphere. A museum. Rooms and services a bit spartan. Excellent breakfast.

A huge building above Frascati, with a large outdoor area including plenty of parking spaces. Good breakfast, simple but spacious rooms, all at a ridiculous price. Excellent solution for a short stay.
