The congress halls are excellent, the acoustics are poor.

Cozy I attended several conferences and the impeccable organization especially from the moment you arrive because you don't have to go crazy for parking !!! Which is available to participants and only for this I give them three stars !!!! but the beauty of the centuries-old park and the gardens ... The good acoustics of the salons !!! The breakfast break is very welcome !!! but what about the amiability, kindness and good service offered by its employees.

The park is beautiful, suggestive at night. Modern, comfortable, friendly staff.
Comfortable but not soundproofed rooms. Good breakfast, considering the contingent situation that prevents the buffet.
Important is the parking offered at an affordable price. Restaurant open from Monday to Wednesday (October 2020) and menu with little choice of dishes but, in any case, well presented and tasty. Not very close to the historic center which, however, is easily reachable on foot if you want to walk.

It is a place where I do not fail to return whenever I am in Bari. It enjoys a privileged position, in fact the station and the center can be reached with a short walk, but it remains quiet and silent. The rooms are large, welcoming and well-furnished, the restaurant and bar of excellent quality, the staff are courteous and helpful

Fantastic holiday spent for the first time in Puglia ... I chose this hotel because from the photos it looked very nice .... In reality it is even better .... Unique outdoor space .... The beautiful pool ... The rooms very large and clean ... and finally the top the fantastic staff and always ready to help you .... I also tried the louge bar very good and with great prices.

Hotel very close to the center about 20 minutes. It equipped with all the amenities: pool, gym, spa jacuzzi, bar, restaurant. The rooms are well furnished and clean. Bathroom equipped with the usual Mercure products but obviously you can ask for more. Beautiful outdoor garden with fountain. Besides the classic breakfast buffet is accompanied by a chef service for eggs. Fantastic. Very convenient for those who must go to the hospital in Bari

Fantastic layout, friendly staff, Michael the restaurant manager gave great service and the food was fabulous especially the Angus steak. The grounds are spacious and well groomed and swimming pool excellent. Great place to stay and 600 metres from the railway.

A very nice hotel, a stone's throw from the station and old Bari. It has a large car park, swimming pool, gym and wellness area. Also in the villa adjacent to the hotel there is a conference center. The structure is large and well-kept, with the presence of well-kept gardens and fountains. There is also a small pond with goldfish, which is sure to appeal to the little ones. The staff are very polite and smiling, which never hurts ... The rooms are clean and tidy, the bed very comfortable "something not to be taken for granted and those who travel a lot know it".
Breakfast offers a good variety of foods, from salty to sweet, difficult to be disappointed. It is also possible to use the internal restaurant.
If you have to do a business trip, or want to visit the splendid Bari, consider this option.

I had dinner with friends, courtesy and style have gladdened everything we asked for from the menu, which was excellent. If you need a peaceful evening, the quality and the environmental context are guaranteed to make the difference.

In July, we had booked 2 rooms for 4 people each having a cruise planned with a departure from Bari.
Unfortunately, following the health crisis, our cruise was canceled.
We also had to cancel the 2 reservations with the hotel.
Considering that we had not taken the cancellation option on the site we used to book, the hotel did not want to know anything, neither refund, nor have it. They did not want to take into consideration the exceptional situation of this crisis.
It is a large chain, they have plenty of means to make an effort.
Unfortunately, I will have to approach a consumer association when I did not want to get there.

It constantly hosts conferences of various kinds as well as the well-known traditional holidays (from weddings to birthdays to graduations) and in all these different situations, top service and friendliness from all the staff, including also the technicians and handymen who usually remain in the 'shadow. Very high quality.

Visited on the occasion of a conference, I appreciated the care of the large park and the airy rooms.

The location is ok, you could walk to the old town in 20 min. The hotel has a pretty garden. Friendlt staff, tasty breakfast but the rooms could be improved. The pillows are very hard and the bed is not very comfortable.

Excellent location and well marked parking entrance. The dishes served at the congresses are of a good standard. Unhappy the bar of the old building that when you are in good numbers becomes impossible ... to attend!

It was a very nice hotel with clean facilities and friendly staff!
The staff at the front desk will tell you very carefully if you ask.
The restaurant is delicious both morning and night and is not expensive, so it is difficult to eat in the neighborhood because it is about 15 minutes from the station, but you can be satisfied with meals at the hotel.
There is a pool, spa and gym, so it is a very good hotel where you can relax in the mid to long term stay.
Only one thing was unfortunate that the shower room was poorly drained, but it was a hotel where we would like to stay again.

I stayed for one night in the hotel on the occasion of a wedding that was held right in the park of the structure, near the stables and the swimming pool. Fantastic reception.

I have not had the chance to visit this lovely place in it since I was a guest in a conference, but I was able to admire the beauty and cleanliness of its gardens, fountains and outdoor rooms. I'll come back to spend some time here is to add another star to my review.

Discreet hotel, a little older. Excellent cuisine, meeting rooms also dated. Out of the way but very large spaces ...

The hotel is fine, although we were surprised by one detail that they had. We had to leave the hotel ahead of time for a personal matter. When commenting on the reception we made the check out (it was the night before the day we were leaving) and they asked us if we were going to use the minibar or the bar. This would not be weird if we had paid only the nights we were, which was not the case, we paid the entire stay, that is, about 600 euros per night not enjoyed. We did not complain about this, because it was what we had hired, but knowing that we were going to leave the room a few days before and that everything was paid, the detail of asking if we were going to consume a bottle from the minibar or the bar seemed ugly . It does not correspond with a hotel of this level.

We celebrated a 90th birthday which to say excellent as usual, thanks to the professionalism of Raffaele, Simon and DJ Joseph congratulations keep it up.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful setting. The property is near the Bari Centrale station outside the port. The reservation was made with bed and breakfast for 3 nights. The room assigned to me was on the third floor park side, wide, quiet, with modern and spacious furniture. Comfortable bed, wardrobe with safe, large bathroom with very comfortable shower. Great system for respecting the environment regarding the reuse of bathroom linen. It should be noted, however, that the wastage of material, in particular body lotion shampoo and body lotion, is the set for nails that, even if little used, were replaced every day. Excellent cleaning The only drawback is the grate of the air intake of the bathroom, dirty with dust. Breakfast with a wide selection, from fresh fruit or syrup, excellent local preparedness sweets to finish the sandwiches with various kinds of cold cuts. Wide selection of herbal teas, tea in addition to the classic macchiato and cappuccino. The stairs are not very clean and have no handrail, necessary in case of fire escape.

Hotel very nice aesthetically is great. I only used the restaurant and a room for a meeting. Employees definitely below expectations. Bad both restaurant waiters and receptionists.
