A magnificent hotel on Lake Orta. Friendly, competent staff. Very clean facility. Superb large swimming pool. We have been coming with our little dog for years.

Perfect location, professional staff, well-placed dishes and refined combinations; the only drawback is the little flexibility especially for a unique occasion such as that of a wedding. I would have otherwise opted for the 5 stars.

The lakeside location is lovely. The staff is nice. The style of the interiors (hall, dining rooms, ...) is a bit dated.

4-star hotel for the location, the extra services, the swimming pool, the lake view, I recommend the room with a balcony overlooking the lake.
The room and breakfast are 3 star.
Friendly staff, although I found it strange that they entered my room while I was having breakfast, ok I did not put the "do not disturb" but I would have expected that for the rooms not in checkout an accommodation of them after breakfast time.
Restaurant to try for the view, the elegance and the excellent food of course.

The thing that surprised me in the negative are related to the room.
Very small TV.
Shower rope leaked water.
Useful hair dryer if you want to spend a whole evening with your hair in your hand.

Nice view from the balcony, large bed and large bathroom. One day the room was not really cleaned (bed made). Some restaurant staff were not really friendly (too much trouble saying "bon appetito and thank you"). Good breakfast.

I was there with my family on Easter Sunday for lunch, and I'm really sorry because the location is nice with a nice view but zero organization, more than once I had to tell the dining room manager that the dishes were not coming from us. I understand that the days of celebration with the full restaurant is not at all easy but for a venue that organizes weddings nn there should be these problems so for those looking for a venue for their wedding I would look elsewhere

We have been here since this morning and it is exactly as I remembered it many years ago when I was with my father ... beautiful !! few people, excellent restaurant, everything really perfect ... beautiful swimming pool facing the lake.

The host was superb, the super friendly receptionist, hotel quiet, clean, rooms with a view of the lake! I can only recommend and I will return as soon as I have the opportunity!

Staff very welcoming (speaking very good French), beautiful room with breathtaking views of the lake, very varied lunch (fresh fruit, pastries, cold cuts and quality cheeses, gluten-free products ...), beautiful garden and terrace, large swimming pool. ..what happiness!

The location is wonderful, but the aspect that struck me most is the professional management but not "plastered".
The rooms are nice and comfortable.

External entrance and parking to be revised, air conditioning fired with a ball (just for a triple pneumonia), a bartender sometimes alone and therefore absent for too long, the triple room consists of a double room with a camp bed attached to the feet of a double bed (hope that your parents have your feet clean). However, there are also positive factors: the interior of the restaurant is very nice aesthetically and comfortably (many comfortable armchairs), the bar is elegant, the pool near the lake is very beautiful, a room perhaps a little small and suffocating because of the ceiling low, but very equipped and with a beautiful view (apart from some overlooking the parking lot, but you try to take the others). In addition, the dehor of the restaurant overlooking the lake is very elegant, the food is of excellent quality but this is only valid for dinner: breakfast a little too "packaged".
Despite the defects, I still give four stars because some details perhaps to be reviewed are rewarded by the beautiful location in which the complex is located.

Depending on the season, in spring and autumn there is tranquility.

We spent a wonderful and relaxing weekend here. Room overlooking the lake and swimming pool. The nice thing is that the bed was right next to a large window and when you lay down you felt like you were on the lake and the pool. Fairly large and very bright room. The extra to have a lake view is worth all the extra euros paid. The pool is beautiful and the snack menu is excellent for lunch by the pool. All very good. The breakfast is also good even if with some minor disservice.

I have never slept in this hotel but I have eaten there several times. The kitchen is good and the place on the lake deserves. Surely a renewal of the look would benefit.

Been out to dinner at their restaurant last night. I had the hamburger bacon with chees. Unfortunately, the hamburger was so dry and chewy that it looked like you were chewing on rubber. And the cheese on the hamburger wasn't even melted, but it was burned.

It is the second time we return to this hotel and the vote can only be the maximum!

The hotel is well cared for, has plenty of very spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms (double shower in a standard room I had never seen).
Included in the price there is also access to the outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, with a wonderful view of Lake Orta and the possibility of eating / drinking directly by the pool thanks to the outdoor bar.
The staff is very kind and extremely helpful, both in the reception and in the pool bar.
It also adds the convenience of reaching other lake destinations thanks to the boat stop located right in the hotel garden (pool area).
We had the opportunity to dine only once in the hotel's restaurant, which is decidedly good and, of course, with a beautiful view of the lake.
I add to the merits a very good and abundant breakfast of choice (and with the possibility of having coffee products directly from the bar and not one of the usual hotel broths) and the internal wireless coverage in the rooms and by the pool!

Excellent location with helpful staff and comfortable accommodation, however the food can best be described as edible.

In summer it is a perfect place to spend a day on Lake Orta with the possibility of using the hotel pool. Garden with relaxing corners where you can enjoy the view of the lake. Restaurant with refined and accurate cuisine.

This hotel is just sublime. The rooms are huge and very well equipped. They are even air conditioned . The setting is just sublime. Swimming pool surrounded by a breathtaking landscape. To do without hesitation
