Don't waste your money eating cold pizza here! Awful place
You are in NYC! Tons of options!

Do not come in here. It is extremely expensive. A regular slice of pizza is five dollars and change. I regular soda can is $2.69. Baked Zitti is 8 bucks. They say the reason its expensive in here is because of the location. Mannnn..... Idgaf. Thats not right.

Everything is way too expensive! A real tourist trap!

Busy, but great attention and great food, nice place to have a fast dinner

My family is very picky so we were kind of delighted to see a place that had three different food types and a smoothie place. The woman who made our smoothies probably had the best customer service any of us had seen in a long time. The smoothies were good as well but her eagerness to help really blew us away with suggestions, and she just had a very uplifting personality that is not often seen in Manhattan. I didn't catch her name but she has a beach scene tattoo on one of her wrists. The pizza was great, the kids hated their pastas but the salad was amazing. A great quick eatery.

Absolute rubbish. Taste of food and the way you order food etc is very bad. Service was average.

It's just fast food. I didn't have the pizza but I did have a wrap. It wasn't made fresh. It came from a refrigerator and was very bland.

Where do I begin.. walked in and ordered the chicken bacon pizza. While checking out I asked for a water cup and was told we don t do that here . Also the pizza tasted like it had been sitting out for days. If you enjoy overpriced pizza and rude employees this is your place!

Pizza is pizza, but the other plate are not italian food.

Very rude, they answered us in very bad ways and even gave us the change and the ticket in bad ways. I guess they didn't want tourists on one of the main tourist streets of the city. Chk 1999 Sep 19 9:30 p.m.

We stop by chance at the door with the tourist bus and enter ...... first class meals as well as prices

I used to come to this place last summer and the food was just not bad, but this year I think it has furthurly more deteriorated. The food was bland, and there was one rude employee who does not know how to serve customers at all! I asked for salad and she was adding the toppings for my salad. I requested lemon, but instead of telling me polity that they ran out of lemon or that they don't have it she said: "do you see any lemon!" !!! Then I asked her to add cheese and almond and she loaded the salad with huge quantity of both and that ruined my lunch.

Even the rest of the food that my family ordered was flavorless.

And most of us had tummy upset that evening.

I'm giving this place 4 stars but if you are new to NYC, you should visit a local pizza place not a chain. With that being said, the pizza is decent and I do enjoy the garlic knots a lot.

The staff are very rude the food is old and cold the prices are high for bad food

A little expensive but very good!
Downstairs the room is air conditioned and it's really good.
I came for the first time because I came face to face.
Today I came back because the sandwiches are very good ... and the drinks too.
Friendly staff with "the tourist" that I am. Thank you !

If I could I have given less ... Dishes "hot" served cold, and moreover inmangeables as much by the taste as by the texture .... Staff not kind .. local means ... more room at 1st, I had to go downstairs and had to beg for help to get off with my 2 trays and a child in stroller because no elevator ... the waiter showed me that I had him. .. arrived downstairs ... we find ourselves next to an employee on break ... until then nothing abnormal ... except that he eats lying on barefoot seats ... (which image of the restaurant ??). We threw more than 3/4 of our trays ... and last bad news: a drink that I did not take me was charged .... I went to ask for a refund .... it's me replied that it was not possible and so I had to drink (which I did not want of course) ... all for $ 60 .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVERYTHING.

We eat pizzas, some hot sandwiches. We go with a tray, canteen type, the pizza is still very large and they are pretty good. But it's still expensive. The restaurant is clean. The toilets reserved for the clientele are correct. The staff is affordable and friendly.
But $ 15 for 2 slices of pizza and a coke ... it stays across.

Extremely nice place to grab some good food. Nice atmosphere and alot of places to sit. Overall enjoyed the time I stayed!

Very bad food. Ordered the triple play. Mac n cheese tastes like it is about to spoil. French fries too salty. Entree: chicken leg, From taste and inside color looks like this has been heated several times. Missed this color sign cuz Presentation on counter, chicken legs were covered with lots of carrots & onions

They offer you an all you can eat breakfast, they pass you to a place to choose when you arrive at the box they tell you that some things did not include them, but they have them in the area and they do not tell you anything. The person who attended us spoke Spanish with all the employees and attended us in English listening to our Spanish. The worst in NY expensive and very bad

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE.."OWNER" COULD NOT CHECK THE DISRESPECTFUL "cook mohammad" WHOM CLEARLY COULDN'T FOLLOW ORDERS!! FOOD WAS BLAND, COLD, AND STALE CHEESE. IN FACT THE HEALTH DEPT SHOULD INSPECT. DESERVE 0 STARS

This place sucks. don't go here i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I spent over $30 on 2 disgusting "cheeseburgers" a small bowl of mac n cheese that was about $6 and 5 pieces of wings that was $8. My whole total was a bit over $30. i waited 15 minutes for a cheeseburger that had burnt bread at the bottom it was so hard to eat. A cheeseburger from the deli taste 100% better. the only thing good from this restaurant was the bottle of soda. please don't waste your money and go here. you will truly be angry. worst food i ever tasted in my whole entire life

If one wanna have one of the best Italian food in Manhattan, this is one place. loved the seafood pasta, grilled salmon and desserts

Contrary to the name, its not fresh. Also. Customer service is bad. Slow, expensive, food isnt worth the cost, and even the manager didnt see to care about anything. Waited more than 40min for a philly cheesesteak and fries. Like..never again. Don't waste your money there.

Was the most delicious pizza was the best food I had eaten while I was in new York the people were very pleased the place was excellent and clean was a very nice place to be loved it made my visit great

Worst service ever. I've never left a bad reviews but if I could leave zero starts I would do it. My sister and I passed by and decide to try the food over there, everything was ok until We get to the cashiers, my sister paid before me because I was still waiting for my food, I paid and when We were leaving ine of the cashiers accused my sister that She didn't paid..We thought that They were kidding but He printed my receipt and said that that was the only thing that We paid and the cashier that took the money from my sister said that He didn't..are you joking!!! Thanks God we have separate receipt We showed them, that was embarrassing and so rude...not apologies neither, one of the just said See you tomorrow!!! The worst service ever, so disrespetful, never again. STAY AWAY IF YOU ONE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!!

I come here before I take my bus back from Port Authority. It always seems disorganized and I never really know where my food is in the line. The food also isn't very good, I got a vegetable pizza roll with Mac and cheese and a drink for $20 and was generally disappointed by both. The seating area is also kind of weird, there are two levels- I haven't been to the lower level but something about the way that the top is laid out never fails to confuse me and make it difficult to sit without obstructing a walkway.

Came to this place for chicken soup and omg it s the worst I ve ever had. The chicken is also not fresh and obviously processed. It s full of salt and not worth the price. I paid $8 for it so not worth it and definitely a tourist trap. Stay away!

The food was okay. Good size slices of pizza. They were pricey, but that's NY for you. First time needing a code to use the restrooms.

Spent 36 dollars on BS. Waiting so long for a 1 burger that looked and tasted liked like cardboard. Don't go there, you should never go there. Uugh. Worst experience.

My first Villa experience was at the Jersey EWR airport. My life was changed once I tried their marinara sauce. My second Villa experience was at this one on 42nd and I expected another round of tastebuds fireworks but I was disappointed. Also, the stromboli combo in the airport was like $12 and the one on 42nd was $18. Ridiculous. I didn't order the stromboli. Only got garlic knots. Probably won't be back just cause it's too expensive.

I went there while I was in New York. Good Place to eat. It wasn't to expensive. It was crowded. Friendly place to eat. Enjoy!

The food is very good they serve you very well the place is wide ideal to take and eat something while you travel because you take the train or the buses a few steps I love it. The prices are somewhat elevated devido to the place surely

please don't eat here. The juice stand had gnarly produce and took 20 minutes to prepare drinks with way too much ginger.
