Villa Kitchens & Fine Cabinetry Review

You don't realize how much goes into planning for a new kitchen renovation. There are many steps involved and I can confidently say that having dealt with Villa Kitchens was absolutely the best decision my wife and I both made. From start to finish we were always comfortable and never had any doubts that we would ultimately end up with our dream kitchen. Villa Kitchens was the first place we visited and we knew right away that they were the one. Aida (owner) was fantastic and showed us what we could do and provided us with options. Her understanding of design and kitchen functionality was critical in allowing us to understand exactly what we wanted. The team that installed the kitchen were very neat, organized and worked with true craftmanship. Thank you Villa for delivering the kitchen of our dreams.

We just finished our MASSIVE kitchen reno, I m talking walls knocked out and an overhaul of practically our entire first floor. Happy to say that it s finally finished and words cannot express how spectacular it is and how satisfied we are. Aida and Yei-Lee were amazing - super helpful and incredibly attentive to detail, and a great source of design inspiration - I had no clue where to start in terms of design but they steered us in the right direction. The end result is beautiful, and you can see the quality and craftsmenship in the cabinetry. We were so pleased we are doing our laundry room as well (because of course it has to match!).

We have a beautiful kitchen and cabinetry throughout our house thank you to Villa Kitchens.

As a professional designer, I m always looking at the details. I love that Villa Kitchens does the same! They truly deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service. I would highly recommend them. If you re planning on renovating to give your kitchen a much-needed makeover look no further than Villa.

Worst experience ever!! Zero quality, Zero timing, zero customer service and worst of all zero measures. I bought my home from a builder and put lots lots lots of upgreats in the kitchen after after taking the home I found out that they took back 90% of the cabinets doors because size is no correct. Then it took them more than a month to get it back and when they installed them they found out that 4 moor doors need to be adjusted so they took the other 4 to adjust them.
When I installed my appliances, I found out that the size of the dishwasher panel is not correct which we had to squeeze the machine in to get going. However the machine is not resting correctly and because of that started to leak from the side and now I'm in the process to get this size adjusted. Of course the side panel got water damage so I ordered a new one through them and of course they are asking me to pay for it because it's from water damage they don't care for how much I spend in upgrades as well as my waste of time and effort. To make story short, I'm wondering how this Villa Kitchen company is in business. Got be something wrong. If a handy man got to make a kitchen he will get it way better than villa kitchen.

Worked with Anita on my project, both she and their installation person were professional, responsive, articulate and excellent to work with. The finished product was beyond my expectations! Great company to work with, highly recommend
