Astro Design Centre Review

The experience had with Astro was one that was very positive and friendly. Since the first encounter, Julia has always been pleasant to deal with. Designing both kitchen and bathrooms can certainly present their challenges, but Astro offers complete and concise guidance from beginning all the way to completion of your job, ensuring total ease to the client. Throughout our job, site difficulties were encountered; however, Astro was always there to rectify any presented issues, consistently prepared with any specifications that were required. I had a vision of the perfect spa bathroom but I didn't know how to make it a reality. Julia Enriquez at Astro Design Centre was able to help me pick out the perfect combination of tiles/paint/product that created exactly what I was looking for. The custom pieces made by Astro (vanity, countertop, etc) are beautiful and top quality, and the staff has been very professional throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be using their services again for my next big project!

Very disappointed. Booked an appointment with Ernesto. He called us back and canceled our appointment and told us he would give us a call back to reschedule. In the mean time, he told us to send him an email explaining our kitchen plan. We spent hours composing an email and sending it only to never receive a call back from him.

Our experience was not to our satisfaction. We poured our hearts into a full 700 square foot kitchen, choosing Downsview high end cabinetry, emporting a Lacanche from France, renovating all areas to tie to home together for classic europeen chic. We tore down four full washrooms down to the studs. We moved out of our home for an entire year. We worked endlessly trying to voice our vision and we had a very healthy budget. Sadly, so many mistakes were made. And we are truly very disappointed in the after service. We have defects in the Downsview lacquer cabinetry as well as a Toto toilette with defective porcelain finish and a kitchen bar faucet which leaks since day 1. I can't say it was worth it. Not for all we endured. The price point being so expensive it's not worth it.

This past spring we did a reno of a kitchen and bathroom with Astro and it was a great experience from start to finish. They were able to create and implement a design which continues to impress us, now that it's finished and they did so within our budget. Having had previous reno's done on the house and a mix of "ok" to "bad" experiencesAstro has set the bar very high for me in terms of my expectations for future work. Communication was great and overall the service provided minimized the stress which comes with having your entire first floor under construction. Thanks to Astro for all their help

We completed a kitchen Reno working with Nathan Kyle at Astro Design. We had been considering a reno for two years so we knew what we wanted and didn t want. We discovered that Nathan was was a good listener. He came to our house not only to see the kitchen but to get a sense of our home and our style. We wanted beauty, warmth but also functionality. Nathan delivered. He made suggestions that we hadn t thought of and put together a palette and a design that we loved. Nathan pays attention to detail and is knowledgeable and professional. The Astro team works well together, from Emilio, who oversaw the custom work to John who installed the cabinets. We couldn t be happier and thank Nathan and Astro for making us happy clients. We wouldn t hesitate to work with Nathan again.

We went to Astro for our Master Bathroom renovation. From the very beginning when meeting our designer Nathan Kyle we knew we came to the right place. He listened to what we wanted and needed and he came up with a beautiful design and picked the most beautiful tile,vanity, tub and fixtures. The colours he chose were warm,inviting and spa like. Nathan also recommended an amazing contractor Siberwood a builders who was amazing to work with and the quality workmanship from humans his team was outstanding. Since the project stated during the pandemic they took all precautions to ensure safety to our family and his crew. We absolutely love our new bathroom! I would highly recommend Astro and Nathan Kyle.

Brilliant design (Walter Bunda), genius installer (Don Beaudoin). It would be a kindness to call us merely 'thrifty', so we shopped. And shopped. Pricey, but worth every penny. Extra bonuses were the referrals to other suppliers, advice on related issues, and finishing on time. (during a pandemic) Yes our kitchen is an Ooohh-Ahhhh showpiece, but it's so much more. It's so much more functional than our old kitchen and most importantly a welcoming environment where we love to spend time together, and THAT is the true value of our kitchen.

Renovations can be overwhelming, stressful and expensive especially for a big project such as redesigning a kitchen. Our 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern, gorgeous functional room where we can entertain family and friends. We instantly connected with Julia Enriquez our Astro Designer. Julia is professional, organized, meticulous, she has incredible taste and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Julia deserves to be recognized for her amazing design. Thank you Julia!
Congratulations to the Astro team involved in our project from design to installation, our renovation was an awesome experience. We are thoroughly satisfied with the Astro team and would highly recommend Astro to anyone who is planning future renovations.

We are very happy that we chose Astro to do our kitchen, the end product is very nice. Special thanks to Kosta for the great installation work, he was very precise and did an excellent job. There was a dent on one of the drawers and Astro ordered a replacement , great customer support from the Project Manager Emilio.
