Beautiful hotel huge rooms and fantastic breakfast ideal for couples

I do not give 5 stars only for the cost of parking and bottles of water ( 76 for 4 days of parking and 3 bottles of 1l. Is really exaggerated, also because the parking is not very convenient) and the lack of communication on events / rooftop times. For the rest, apart from a bit of coldness on the part of some receptionists, it is an excellent structure, very beautiful and with any type of service. The superior sea view room is comfortable, clean and with a pleasant terrace. The pool on the seventh floor, including the whole area, is really super. The breakfast deserves above all for the quality of the products and for the professionalism of the service. The SPA is special, clean and the operator who gave me the massage was very good. The Bagno 169 agreement is nice and you can also dine very well, too bad there is never a little background music, that the aperitif is not as good and that there is a little too much disorganization in the assignment of the tables and in addressing customers. Overall I recommend this hotel if you are looking for something that is beautiful but also comfortable, but pay attention to the choice of room because without a doubt the sea view makes the difference.

Second time we go back, breakfast slightly worse in variety, non-ordered common areas, with various materials in a mess ... excellent structure, but the feeling that care and maintenance are not level ...

I confirm as above, also this year 2020 after Covid organized to the always beautiful and functional pity of not having used the comprehensive services in the offer, because not available until July without any notice.

Wonderful location, but not enough to make you forget the bad behavior of the staff, even in front of the customers, just take a walk to the bathroom 169, right in front of the hotel, you can hear them the complaints of disgruntled customers for the lack of respect and little professionalism, the really sad thing is that the customer will come out dissatisfied, but even worse those who work inside are treated badly in front of everyone without restraint from Maitre who are not even able to speak a correct Italian. Table service preferences, scenes worthy of a country inn and the direction seems to be non-existent in all this.

I tried the restaurant tonight. It deserves. After the stay and the excellent breakfast I conclude. I stay at my best. We definitely come back

However: the rooftop pool wasn't working on September 23rd and that wasn't told during reservation. I suggest you verify before as it was one of the reasons we chose that hotel.

Excellent hotel with value for money. Breakfast is very good especially the juices made to the maximum.

Massive rooms with very nice interior but no night porter? A bit strange and although out of season not a good sign. By accident activated the bathroom alarm and had to figure out myself how to switch it off which took 20 minutes. During that time and also afterwards no reaction from anyone so very very wrong for a hotel this level.

We stayed from 10 to 14 September. We were supposed to stay until 1pm, but we liked it so much we stayed one more night. Excellent location, very large room with a wonderful corner terrace, side sea view, but still suggestive. Swimming pool and restaurant on the seventh floor with super panorama. Excellent cleaning of the rooms and all environments. Top breakfast !!! Nice spa! in short, what to say !!! Oh, I forgot, the price of the room included an umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach and two hours of SPA a day.

The bathroom on arrival was not clean, I could not use the pool for the time of the stay and they did not even give me a discount (no one warned me when I booked the day before arrival), I asked in reception if they could they booked me a means of transport and they denied themselves, at one dinner they made me wait more than an hour, forgetting to bring my second and dessert. The management does not take care of the service ... but at these prices sometimes a beautiful structure is not enough

Staff very polite and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms, nice spa. Breakfast good and plentiful.

Misure anticovid inesistenti: dal buffet che non ci sarebbe dovuto essere (scarno e ripetitivo), al personale che non sempre aveva la mascherina, ai lettini in piscina tutti attaccati, alla gente che saliva ugualemente con te in ascensore nonostante le lamentele ecc.

Impossibile usufruire della spa compresa nel pacchetto: personale latitante.



Tranne qualcuno, personale freddo e distaccato che nemmeno salutava.

I didn't stay there but I visited it in anticipation of a reservation. The staff is very kind, patient and helpful. They showed us a deluxe double room, comfortable and spacious with a large terrace with a side sea view, plus a slightly smaller studio. Both are excellent solutions for two people who want to spend some time relaxing in Cervia. The services and the structure seemed adequate to the 4S that the hotel has. I will definitely stay this summer!

I have not been a guest of this establishment, but I have only waited the turn for a SPA that is headed there. This expectation was very pleasant, all the furniture is white, kept excellently. Friendly and helpful staff. We would gladly spend a few days as a customer.

Beautiful facility, clean and modern, shame about some details like the absence of sheets on the bed and the presence of only a very short blanket. Great breakfast. Slow Wifi

The room was generous in size and spotless, the daily breakfast was fantastic and the front desk staff in particular Nicole were fantastic in helping us with a few additional requests. The quality of the hotel experience really contributed to our great stay in Cervia. Thank you.

Dated place with rude staff. The bedspread was dirty and I called to have it replaced. At the reception they told me that certain stains do not go away ... absurd. Then they called me back and accused me of dirtying the bedspread. Absurd. Very bad quality / price ratio. The Spa is on payment, the only positive note is Daniela, the waitress, professional and attentive to customer needs

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms, effective entry, availability and professionalism at the reception. The only drawback for a 4-star superior hotel is that there are no umbrellas available for guests, in addition to paid bicycles and paid parking it seems a little excessive. Calculating that we stayed from 29/6 to 2/7 half board and we paid about 696 these services could be included in the price. I must point out that the rooms are really spacious and comfortable, new and very welcoming. Breakfast with sea view and very good restaurant. I would go back again ...

Very chic and great hotel. Everything was fine. The room was large with a large bathroom and a beautiful view of the beach. Parking costs extra 12 per day. From 3 nights the loungers on the beach are free of charge. Breakfast with a lot of choice. With mask and gloves you could help yourself at the buffet.

Excellent service, perfect cuisine, above average prices but consistent with the overall quality. Rooftop pool with excellent sea views ... Clean rooms. Recommended

Beautiful place but really poor food. It does not come close to the fantastic Romagna cuisine. Disappointed.

We have been to the Spa with a groupon offer. We did 3 hours in the spa and a 50 minute massage. Absolutely amazing. Small but warm, welcoming and functional spa.

We were this weekend 7-8-9 May ....... lovely, fantastic staff, beautiful rooms and stunning views. Beautiful seventh floor pool !!!!

Modern and minimalist structure. I cannot evaluate the complex without knowing it. But compared to the terrace on the top floor with swimming pool and aperitif bar, the view is amazing and the location too. Prices adjusted to the level.

I would not be mangy ... but cold baths can also get me to my house, just open the cold water bath and immerse myself. Then I take a nice jar of salt and rub it into my navel. If you just want to exaggerate prepare in the freezer of ice cubes and there around in the bathtub.
I think the Winter spas must be with hot water ... so much that today I c tummy ache because I caught cold in that Arquette colder than lukewarm. Then I'm still trying to make sense of the large tub with waterfall with ice water ... Winter tastes particularly the icy water and a beautiful frozen waterfall running down the neck ....
The whirlpools: semi-cold water. It makes a lot of sense to melt the semi-cold water. As soon as I immersed myself my neck and back muscles stiffened.

I ve been here in the apartment area, pretty basic but very clean and spacious.

Too bad not being able to evaluate 4 superior :), the structure is wonderful, palm trees and large seats in the garden and modern and completely white Hall, garden view room very well acoustically isolated with lateral but optimal view of the sea, well furnished, with modern bathroom and comfortable, good polliciaggio TV with sky channels and Netflix app already installed, (very convenient for those with an account). On the seventh floor there is a wonderful view and a charming and well-equipped swimming pool, with sun loungers, seats and 3 sun canopies raised right on the water, during the week aperitifs are also available on the terrace. Let's move on to the food, a well-stocked and quality abundant breakfast, buffet lunch with chefs ready to prepare various types of first courses, second grilled side dishes and pizza to finish with desserts, fresh fruit and also the possibility of having a good ice cream provided by an ice cream shop local (the bio corner), even dinner can take place in the same way with different dishes or even a la carte (for those with full board formula both solutions) here is the only suggestion is perhaps to rotate the menu a la carte because in 5 days it always turned out the same, but with the infinity of dishes available at the buffet & grill it is easily overcome. Waiter, chef and services tavalo all well managed with sympathy. The cleaning of the rooms is always quick and impeccable, I looked at the spa (very nice) but I did not use it and also at the reception I found friendliness and helpfulness, with particular praise for the younger girl at the reception (I can't remember the name) who proved to be very prepared and helpful. The lido (169) that has an agreement has also proven to be up to the hotel, although the price of the car park is a bit excessive, but it is covered and underground. Overall satisfied, I will return.

The Spa deserves all 5 stars! Try the saline route for complete relaxation. Excellent location on the promenade of Cervia. Friendly and competent staff and very good cleaning.

A beautiful hotel with very nice upscale amenities including good views of the More right on the beach. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not under 25 degrees rules and the heating in the bathroom could not turn off.

A truly relaxing holiday ... the possibility of having an apartment with hotel service is excellent. We hope to come back!
