I live there. Amazing place. Beautifully put together with lots of landscaping.

Just a new upscale privately developed unincorporated area. Never talked to anyone about real estate.

Good company, on top of their market and changing trends, very friendly, have helped out many of my clients, great follow-up to make sure that everything is done correctly, and everyone satisfied. Highly recommend.

SO BEAUTIFUL. I love driving from Merritt Island through this town. I hope to live here one day!!! So beautiful and peaceful.

They've done a very good job of keeping up with the community and I'd say that Viera has a very good reputation. I'm very happy with everything to do here as there is a whole lot to offer in the area now, especially thanks to the Viera Company. I'm interested to see the developments that continue to arise in the future as I'm very curious. Good work.

Probably a good realtor but I didn't go there, I went to Perkins Restaurant.

Mostly overpriced. That is what majes it just okay to me. The homes are nice but not million dollar plus nice, but I know some people will pay this. The gates only keep honest people out. And when they are not working properly they are stuck in the open position so anyone can enter. Think about that. And then the multitude of people who have to have the code. Landscapers, pool companies, trash collecters, your repair people just to name a few. So much for security. Then all the rules the HOA puts on you and then charges you a hefty little sum every month for maintenance of the cimmon areas. Not for me at those prices. I'll take Lake Washington with 5 acres.
