Actually if I there s -10 stars option I d chose it. An extremely bad experience in this hotel, I d never chose it again. First of all, during the check in they told my husband that they don t have a car parking service which is weird in a 5 stars hotel. Secondly, we faced a lot of issues with the housekeepers, they didn t add teas, change towels or even put some water when they notice that the bottles are empty. Furthermore, we started to here an extreme and abnormal noise in the room. We called the receptionist and they informed the technician who came by himself and assured us that this is the first time he hears this noise and he couldn t find the source of it so he suggested that we change the room in the night. The receptionist herself was very disrespectful when she called to inform us that we need to change the room, he response to us was Pack your bags and leave the room, nobody is gonna pack your things for you . Also, the general manager who came in the night to inform us to switch our room didn t even apologize to what happened and she didn t know what the issue was, she literally came to ask us about the problem!
Very unpleasant experience at the hotel, I wouldn t recommend it al all. Go to the Ritz Carlton it s so much more better based on a personal experience :).
