Eventhough it's American hotel chain you feel like in Europe. Very nice, clean and quiet rooms with refurbished bathrooms. Delicious food, 24/7 gym, swimming pool and nice staff. Free and fast WiFi everywhere.

Well, yes !! Big name nothing behind it: (the air is so stinking that you can not enjoy your coffee.) I expected something better.The audience that goes in and out has me very disappointed.Somehow muffelig and old-fashioned atmosphere.Three stars I forgive for the Hauskonditorei Very good selection.
Wonderful location in central Vienna. Get the CAT train to Mitte , and it s 10 mins walk to the hotel. V. comfortable beds and windows that fully open! Traffic isn t that bad on Parkring so you can sleep with the windows open. And then within 15 mins you can walk to the Hofburg palace, Graben district and StatsOpera
Wonderful structure right in the center of Vienna. The Garten Cafe is a real tourist attraction. To visit just to have a look at the interiors!

"BTW, the best experience I had last year (2017) got to be the Vienna Marriott next to Stadtpark, staff being so classy, pleasant, professional, and going out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and welcoming, plus convenient location, great concierge lounge and food, ... in contrast the Marriott Del Mar hotel feels like a typical American motel... enough said."

Took 2 nights out of tree with SPG points. Great location nice room (compared to EU not far east). Didn't get complimentary water...etc. But still meets Marriott standards.
Super pleasant atmosphere in the bar. Drinks menu is extensive. The friendly service the cocktails and so on again taste so good.
Ugly building and very retro lobby, but rooms have been renovated so they re nice and comfortable. Nice view from the club lounge and good staff. Majority of guests are American so don t expect much local flair.

Perfect location. Very friendly & accommodating staff. The Sports Bar was just what we needed to catch up on the Olympics. Rooms are newly remodeled and quite large for a European hotel.

discreet service but far from excellent, on the whole we were satisfied with the mineral at 9 per liter I found it a little exaggerated.a on New Year's Eve you know, and all exaggerated especially in Vienna ....
Wonderful, as soon as we came in, I was overwhelmed, modern, nice, cozy and I don't even say the rooms, I slept great :)
Actually if I there s -10 stars option I d chose it. An extremely bad experience in this hotel, I d never chose it again. First of all, during the check in they told my husband that they don t have a car parking service which is weird in a 5 stars hotel. Secondly, we faced a lot of issues with the housekeepers, they didn t add teas, change towels or even put some water when they notice that the bottles are empty. Furthermore, we started to here an extreme and abnormal noise in the room. We called the receptionist and they informed the technician who came by himself and assured us that this is the first time he hears this noise and he couldn t find the source of it so he suggested that we change the room in the night. The receptionist herself was very disrespectful when she called to inform us that we need to change the room, he response to us was Pack your bags and leave the room, nobody is gonna pack your things for you . Also, the general manager who came in the night to inform us to switch our room didn t even apologize to what happened and she didn t know what the issue was, she literally came to ask us about the problem!
Very unpleasant experience at the hotel, I wouldn t recommend it al all. Go to the Ritz Carlton it s so much more better based on a personal experience :).
First night here and the internet has veen iffy at best all day and now completely down when I have work to do for tommorow. No alternative was provided except to go somewhere else at 2330pm! Was not informed of the no internet problem upon check in.

Went for the candle-light-dinner buffet. It was amazing. The quality of the food and the service was top notch. They had everything that you could want food-wise. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the location is close to everything as well as right across from a big park.
Beautiful rooms, beautiful views of the Palais Coburg and wellness area. Price is also okay for a 5 star hotel in Vienna.

when 5 waiters look at you as you eat breakfest it is very unpleasant. several times, it happened that the waiter took me a plate of food that I have not yet done. very unprofessional access to the hotel of this category.
If there are 10 stars, I would give them for this hotel, price - performance is difficult

As an event location wonderful, whether party or business. These are the reasons why the hotel is more like a busy coffee, restaurant or shopping mall.
Checked in today, all was easy, front desk was kind and efficient. Gave us water while we checked in. Rooms are clean and have been updated. Our overlooks the park which is good. The pool was very clean, nice as was the workout area, sauna and coed steam area.

Verry verry unusual service in the car parking !!!!! You should do something with the guy without teeth , he was screeming on us : "you must wait becouse the machine is broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" ---- it is not our foult so he shouldnt screaming at us !!!!!!

I went here a few years ago and it was really nice. It was close to public transportation, but you also had taxis nearby.
Even if you look only on a good coffee and the great pastries over, every is worth. It is clear that the prices are in the upper range.

Very nice and comfortable bed! We like the view in our room it s perfect and the hotel are near to all like shopping center and restaurant we also like the fitness the pool are clean and the spa! Just one thing the house keeping they forget to clean our mugs but it s fine! And also we are wondering the wifi in the room is not free! If you are not members! Luckyly we are members and when we check out they return our money for the wifi fees! That is not good we been so many hotels 1,2,3,4,5 stars hotel and the WIFI is free! Anyway overall was perfect! I suggest the WIFI in the room need to be FREE!!!
