Saturday had an open house through this brokerage office. My partner and I were so enthusiastic about this that we immediately wanted to make an offer. The broker who was present told us that we could not yet make an offer because of this. another open house. This happened because this way everyone would get a fair chance. Today I was emailed that the house has been sold for that so-called second open house. I feel misinformed and not taken seriously by this office. Kind regards Ruben Guldenaar.
