Good little museum and history of the company. As well as being able to build your own Swiss army knife! Friendly staff who are great! Worth going to.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. We made our own Swiss army knives which entertained everyone in our group which ranged on age from 5 - 70. The making your own knife experience lasts about 15 minutes and it is very enjoyable. While you're there you can also view the while history of Swiss army knives. A great excursion for the whole family if you are staying in Lucerne.

Great place to know one of the most emblematic Swiss company, Victorinox. The multi language staff is extremely kind. Higly recomend to book an ensambly experience.

More of a store than a museum. It is worth a short visit, but I find the name Museum Swiss Knife Valley Visitor Center clearly too long for such a sparse museum offer. The service in the shop is very friendly.

The museum of the well-known brand also equipped with a shop on the ground floor. It is not a large room but it offers a lot of information from the company's past. You have the opportunity to make a knife yourself in a small workshop arranged in the museum. m.

Good selection in the shop, but the museum is very small. The brochure makes it look bigger, but you'll be done in 30-45 minutes.

You do not need much to say about Victorinox and his pocket knives since McGuyver. That's why the museum is very interesting with a lot of audio / video effects. That's why I do not know why I am still a little disappointed. Perhaps because it is linked to the tourism office of the region. A guided tour of the factory would certainly be more interesting than just seeing it all in one movie.

Business with a wide range (how could it be otherwise), but the Musseum is small and boring, nothing is offered especially for children. Recommended alternative in Central Switzerland: Glasi Hergiswil.

The Victorinox store and museum is an awesome place to visit for pocket knives lovers! The store is very nice with a large selection of pocket knives, watches, backpacks and more. Located in Brunnen is not far from the factory and offers great prices. There is a museum in the basement of the store showing the history of this famous Swiss knife. Its personnel is very kind and attentive, offering superb service. Great place two visit while in Brunnen.

Great customer service even when a sudden wave of people show up when a boat or train arrives! They have a vast array of Swiss knives, with attachments and gadgets according to the intended usage. Not everyone needs another corkscrew. You can find a good choice for male or female and have it engraved while you wait. They also have watches and high quality Swiss shirts and jackets. Open Sunday afternoon!

If you re interested in the history of knives and pocket knives and local history then it s a bit of fun. Cool to build your own and get it engraved. Made a pretty good souvenir. Spent 1.5 hours there easily.

The shop closed at 5 p.m., allegedly due to short-time work. But there were still many visitors in the shop. Too bad we would have loved to shop.

The best, I've been three times in this place and I love it, the Tour is very good and when you finish, you get a knife and a 10% discount on purchases from the store.
