DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! I have 2003 Saab 9-5. In July, my car suddenly stopped running in the middle of the street, so I called my insurance company to have the towing truck come get my car. After they took the car to Saab, they did a diagnostic check which costs about $100 (most of the repair shops cost the same for diagnostic check). After the check, they found out I will have to replace almost all the parts of the car (IDM Cassette - $260+$70labor, Spark plug - $60, crank sensor - $115+$80 labor, fuel pump - $195+$80 labor, break pad set - $85, rotor - $105+$100labor, refrigerant /air conditioning system - $13+$140). Not even I paid total of $1500, it took more than it should have to fix all. For the refrigerant/air conditioning system, they have told me it should only take about 2 hours or 2.5hours at the most, but I took it to the shop before 9am, and took until around 1:30pm that day which is almost double the time they told me. For the other parts I fixed, I came in to the shop the day told me it would be fixed, but they told me there was some other issue with the car after I wanted for 3 hours there, so didn't get my car back that day, but they charged me for additional parts of the car.
My car finally got fixed after 3 weeks from the day I brought it in, but guess what, just a few days ago, the car broke down on me again. The supposed-to-be-new-parts didn't last for 5 months!! So I called my insurance company again to have the towing company take it to Meineke. After the diagnostic check, they have found that there were something wrong with Crank sensor and fuel pump. Note, these parts are the parts I've already replaced. Not only that! Meineke told me the crank sensor I had (saab installed) WAS NOT NEW!! Saab made me pay for a new part which was actually not!
I am still in the process of Meineke checking fuel pump, but after they are done checking the car, I'll have towing company take my car to Saab and have them fix the parts I need again under 12months warranty. I'll make sure they install the new parts this time!

This has by far been the WORST experience I've ever had when buying a new car. I have had the car 6 weeks and its been in the shop for repair twice now. The first time it was sent back was 2.5 weeks after purchase with multiple issues (transmission, leaking fluids, ect). I was given what I think had to be the oldest (rattling tin can) car they had on the premises to drive while they "fixed" the issues. Flash forward to almost a month later and the car is now BACK in the shop with multiple MAJOR issues. Thank god we purchased the extended warranty or we would be screwed. This dealership really doesn't care that they sold me a lemon because I "have warranty coverage". Apparently that makes this entire situation acceptable to them. Never mind the run around they give when trying to speak to the salesman who sold me the car. If your going to lie to someone probably don't start out with " may I tell him who's calling?" only to follow that with "he's out of the office" once I said my name and that i bought the car from him. Great business mannerism.....Ill be sure they never get business out of anyone I know. There's a lemon law and my lawyer believes we fall under this. Ill be sure to let them know once this entire thing is figured out no thanks to them. What a wonderful place you guys have there. And thank you to the receptionist who so kindly hung up on me when I asked when they would be coming to get the car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Great place to buy a car or motorcycle. Top quality inventory, I would do business with them again. Very happy with my purchase and how I was treated, Zero pressure and a very helpful staff.

Ron is the best! So much so that Euro-Tech is the only place I'd send my daughters for service and he makes the buying a vehicle a fun thing that needn't be stressful.

The people there are friendly. When my son wrecked my van and the insurance place said it was totalled I called and talked to Chris .He made time to look at my van and fixed it for me. He went out of his way help me by fixing my van when i had no way to get. Its hard to find a shop that cares about the customer instead of all mighty dollar.
He did a great job and I recommend to everone who ask me for a quality shop.

It's refreshing to find a car lot where they listen to the customer and go the extra mile.

Honest mechanics who actually fixed the problem. My vehicle hasn't had any problem since. Drove over 2 hours because no one in my town wanted to work on my vehicle. Shane and his team accommodated us and worked with us.

Took my car in to get minor work done, cost came to almost 400 dollars. Took it to another shop and most of everything this guy said I needed done I didn't need!
