My mum is now living at VVManor and I want to give a big thank you to everyone who has helped us on this journey. It's a difficult one and the people who work at VVManor are dedicated, loving, professional and listen intently. They do their very best to help our elders keep their dignity while suffering from a broad range of old age diseases and challenges. I wish I could have given a 5 star however, as with all humans, there are some people that perhaps don't have their whole heart in their job. It's a hard job to say the least and everyone has a bad day and I expect people can become hardened to their surroundings. It's just not a positive thing when the receiving end is an elder who cannot express themselves like they used to or family members who feel stressed. The positive and excellent care from 98% of the caregivers is what gives my mom proper support and nursing and family peace of mind.Thank you Victoria Village team for welcoming my mother!
