A great place for meetings. Not far from the train station, this is a free parking area.

Home human, space of tranquility, with a small kitchen garden quite charming. Change of scenery in the heart of Brussels.

A bit broken.. idea is nice but they should refurbish it. I didn't dare to touch as things looked dirty.

Between skills sharing and backgammon there is only one street to cross! Factory40 is a place of conviviality where it is good to live the creativity :-)

The ideal cool coworking. A cordial and generous welcome, a serene and pleasant atmosphere, a well thought-out decor, with a patio worthy of an ancient Roman villa or a Moroccan palace. All in the bottom of Forest, industrial context and nearby public transport. Really the top.

Too bad, we can not put 6 stars out of 5 via the evaluation. A coworking space with something more but to know what, you have to try it. It is monitored, it is clean, organized. that boss! :-) I highly recommend you.

Difficult to access, certainly for people coming from the west ring because on the other side you spend more time in your car back and forth. In addition not especially packed by the place, which is normal and does not give enough motivation to leave the office

We have organised a 2 days convention in Factory Forty and it was GREAT! David and all his team were here for us ready to help, to give advice and they were very proactive. The place is very nice and welcoming. We had such a great time with them and all the participants of the convention gave very positive feedback about Factory Forty! Hope we will organise an other event there in the futur!

Awesome coworking space, I had the chance to spend a week end at Factory Forty for a Game Jam and the infrastructure is exactly what we needed. Even if we were quite a lot, it never felt crowded, the small garden offers some peace to our restless bodies and the nature blending in in the place is really soothing. Thanks for welcoming us!

Co-working is the FUTURE & factory 40 is totally in this mood! You meet great people doing all kind of different work, there are several original event rooms you can rent for workshops or conferences (from 130 to 10 persons) and the garden with the chicken just makes you feel you are not in a city! It's a real journey to work here

The place is very pleasant, spacious and tastefully decorated. There is even a garden and a small vegetable patch. Everything is done to make this workspace pleasant and convivial. And we become more efficient! The few months I spent here allowed me to do a lot of work in a short time. Just like other coworkers I worked with. David and Jasvir, in charge of the place, are loves which does not spoil anything :) In short, I recommend!

If you're looking for a meeting or events venue in Brussels, this is it. A gem of a place in the Forest area with multiple fully-functional rooms to suit any requirement and accommodate any number of participants. The service and support from the Factory Forty team is excellent. Highly recommended.

Factory forty is a great workspace, but that's not all. Each member of the team gives a lot of energy to make this place friendly and the wooded environment is pleasant. The little extra is free parking.

I have worked with many event spaces across Europe, the US and Asia and David and his team at Factory Forty are hands down the BESTEST ON THE PLANET! They make everything so easy for their clients - right from food to sound to organization before the event. The space itself is wonderful - all the conference rooms have tons of natural light and feel airy. A really great experience, I would strongly recommend Factory Forty to anyone looking to host a corporate/ creative event in the Brussels area.

Very nice rooms and catering, the location is however quite outside the city.

A great place for coworking huge and quiet to Forest. A bit far from the city center, certainly, but accessible by bus. Once there, we are disoriented, in the middle of industrial buildings and the forest. The place is very nice, with several rooms, several floors, different decorations. Meeting rooms, reception, and work rooms for start-up or coworking. It is quiet in a large space, perfect for focusing. And in summer, you can enjoy the garden with table tennis, benches and even chicken coop!
Members regularly offer activities, movie nights, dance, mojitos or others: think about watching their program!

I've only been there to visit but the staff have a wonderful green area and the interior is very clean.

The premises are spacious and very well maintained, it is an excellent meeting and working space.

Co-working space friendly and friendly, offering individual offices, meeting rooms, a garden, a kitchen, etc. The whole is 10min from the Midi station.

Factory Forty is a cosy and neat place where you feel at home. Want to take a nap between two pomodoro marathon? Enjoy a coffee with your colleagues and learn the strange things they do as a living? Just watching outside the windows or have a mario kart break? Then FF is the place! Come try it out for yourself ;-)

A quiet and welcoming coworking space. Far from the effervescence of the trendy start-up, Factory Forty is a convivial space where we like to work in the respect of others while spending moments of exchange. Between the very large open space (and the hammock!), Meeting rooms of different sizes and the very sunny garden (with chickens), the F40 is coworking for freelancers looking for a work space.

This coworking is out of the ordinary. Relaxed and family atmosphere.

A wonderful calm and joyful place to host your meeting. Staff couldn't be more helpful to us. Catering was very good as well. I strongly recommend this venue.

We had the opportunity to use the "Lighthouse" office at Factory Forty for a short advert that was filmed at Factory Forty. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding, and the venue was cosy, well-equipped for all our needs. Many thanks to David and his team for accommodating us for that day. I cannot recommend their venue enough!

Coworking and meeting space very pleasant and relaxing. Ideal for start-ups or freelancers but also for organizing conferences or activities with large companies.
I have never been so well received in Brussels, both by the staff and the coworkers.

Great venue! Yesterday we hosted a staff meeting at Factory Forty and everything went smooth from start to finish thanks to David and his team. They have been super responsive throughout and extremly quick to fix any last minute changes. Catering was exquisite as well. I highly reccomend this venue for your next event.

A workplace that makes you want to go there. It is as comfortable as when working from home, but in a sober environment that allows seriousness and concentration. The small backyard, with its plants, its beautiful tables, its 7 silk hens and 2 friendly hens make the place very pleasant.

I am an experienced trainer who has been to literally hundreds of event spaces all over the world, and I was more than impressed with Factory Forty.

Most importantly, the training rooms are super light and airy, and furnished in quirky and unique ways. When running a 2 day workshop, this really helps improve participation. It's rare to get this much natural light in any hotel or conference centre.

Beyond that, the guys who run the place are fantastic. Constantly going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

As opposed to stuffy event managers, they genuinely want to try and help out anyway they can. It has the air of a family business, which is so refreshing.

My only minor gripe would be that the location is a bit out of the way and not the nicest, and there are no hotels nearby, so you will be relying on taxis to get to or from the venue (or the number 50 bus from Midi station). With that said, for a training session I also think it works in your favour to get people 'away', so this could also be seen as a benefit.

I had a nosey around the coworking spaces and they looked pretty cool.

Nice place to work and meet great people. The garden is as lovely as the people working there. Would definitely recommend!

The experience at Factory Forty was very positive, we were very well received and had a pleasant number (3) of training, the care of coffee and sweets was very positive.
