Worked with Kerri Payne and she was awesome. She was patient, and showed us all of the different types of properties in the area. She was more than willing to share her experience and to offer solutions that would be helpful to us in this new city! She was knowledgeable of the relocation process and helped us get to a quick close. Her customer service was great and she didn t waste a lot of time showing us houses that she didn t think that we would like. I will likely be a repeat customer.

Victoria Printz and her team made buying our new home and selling our old home a much smoother process. We worked with Eddie, Celeste and Victoria and they are very knowledgeable about the market, the different neighborhoods in town, and which service businesses do good work. They were very resourceful, and when one person was not available, the team worked very well to meet our needs without us ever feeling uncovered. They were also very flexible with our schedule, meeting us and making arrangements with 3rd parties at short notice multiple times. They have been our advocate during the process and we have enjoyed working with them. We are repeat customers and would highly recommend these realtors to anyone. Not to mention, Victoria s personal ability to remember details and maintain friendship with her clients over several years is impressive!

Realtor was focused on what was going on in his life more than us. Which led me to have to contact the seller myself. Trusted them to take care of us considering we lived 2 1/2 hours away. At closing, my new house keys were given to someone else. In the future, I will have a local realtor work with us.

Kerri Payne and the Victoria Printz team are the best realtors in the Midland / Odessa region by and far. Whether you are buying or selling, they have the best knowledge of the LOCAL area. This is important because so many come into the city and bring generic techniques and knowledge of the market. But when inspections come, questions arise, local knowledge trumps educated book knowledge every time! Without her and her team we would not have been able to transact our properties and be as satisfied as we are. You'll be kicking yourself if you do not go with them!
