the room is big ... really good for staying with the kids ... but unfortunately it doesn't work because it goes down for breakfast ... the food is gone.

Staff is nice and rooms are clean. Hot water works though I couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat; the temperature was fine, though. There was a hot water maker and free coffee and tea which is always a plus. TV doesn't get very many channels and the room service food is expensive - 2 times the price of similar quality meals in the area.

The place is nice, comfortable. Only the breakfast is not tasty.

To stay in transit in the city of Makassar this hotel is one of my choices, with friendly service and the availability of various adequate facilities.

Actually a pleasant hotel. There are only a few things that make it uncomfortable.
1. Music played in the hallways of the room often doesn't match the situation. Nighttime sleep, how come the song of the britpop band turns, really noisy. Plus rooms that are less soundproofed, from the outside it feels really noisy.
2. How come the towel feels sticky with the body. It smells good, but it feels less absorbing wet on the skin.
But besides that, this hotel is very decent.
