These guys are awesome! Super friendly, fast service and they actually had what I was looking for (it's pretty hard to find). I definitely recommend this pharmacy!

What a great pharmacy! Such a friendly, organized and quick staff! The pharmacist, Ray, was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with ease. I felt like he understood me and took the extra time to show that I'm not just another customer; something that most pharmacists don't understand. It was nice to be spoken to like a human being. I also can't believe how fast they were! :D

I've always been helped and some guy working there looked up bunch of stuff on MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) on the spot for me a while back.
They could carry a few more supplements though...

Outstanding service. Was in Victoria for a vacation and needed a refill of my daughters medication. They went above and beyond to contact the other pharmacy and have the medication compounded and ready to go the same day. Very friendly and patient staff willing to go the extra mile.

I am a medical doctor. I had a fairly complex compounding issue with a compound that needed to be injected. Andrew handled it in a professional, friendly, timely and accurate manner. They even delivered it!

Andrew is amazing! always friendly and helpful, makes me feel like I've been coming here forever. everyone else sucks. Luke is rude and couldnt help me refill my prescriptions, even when I told him specifically the type I needed out of the two on my file. Judy is impossible to speak to and also unhelpful, she took my info and then said to wait 10 minutes. I wait a while and ask like what am I waiting for I'm just trying to refill a prescription only to find out she already did it and is just making me wait. I highly suggest this pharmacy, but the only pharmacist I ever have a good experience with is Andrew.

My doctor sent me to this Pharmacy because according to her they have a good selection of Dr. Wilhelm Schuesier s salts . I came to this pharmacy and when I asked about these salts, the lady at the counter said that she doesn t know anything about these salts and she pointed out the wall where I can look for it. I didn t know the name of these salts. I started to look around for some information. Finally I found some information and came back to ask this lady if she has this particular salt. She told me that she is busy so she sent me back to look at these products by myself.
You have a product in your store and you have no idea what you are selling? If you don t, you should spend some time to get some knowledge about it. Terrible customer service! I need to talk to my doctor to stop referring people to this particular Pharmacy for naturopathic salts. I know that pharmacy is in the business of prescription medication but if you are selling something, you should learn something about it!

It's the best pharmacy I've found while living in Victoria. I have been going there for a year for a variety of things, prescriptions, vaccines, and iron supplements. I have been impressed at how well the pharmacists keep themselves up to date on their products and research regarding health. I really appreciated that because while being in Victoria I've often felt like pharmacists and doctors either don't keep up to date on new information or just don't share with you when they do hear that there has been lots of complaints about a product. So far I've found this is a safe place to get information on what you have been prescribed.
The other thing I really like is that they have helped me figure out how to use my university coverage and always go to extra effort to apply discounts to things. This is the cheapest place I've found and I've been to just about every pharmacy on the island.
The last thing is the staff have always been really patient and so far it's been very Q friendly.

Wonderful pharmacy. They remember who you are and treat you like a human. I recommend using them if you want good health care!

If it wasn t for my doctor office upstairs I never would have known of this place. I do miss the old staff- I like that it s family run. Now they tell me more details of what I have been prescribed; even if it s a refill. They warned me about a medication before my doctor had, I already did my homework and for them to unknowingly back me up and warn me if I wasn t already informed was great. They re always so great, and it s nice to see them making creams or pills on the side, quite interesting.

Charging $22 for less than 200mg of "home made" hand sanitizer is worse than criminal. Shame on you.

Everyone here is amazing, I came in today and while I haven't been there for months, they recognized me and were very kind and informative on the medication I was prescribed. Andrew is a complete sweetheart; saying hi and double checking I was being helped and is always friendly and professional.

Super friendly, above and beyond customer service. I was over-prescribed an expensive medication that wasn t covered, they pointed this out, presented me with a couple options and I ended up saving money and not needing the rest of the meds(which they kept on file in case I did need them.) best pharmacy I ve been to in Victoria and they ve definitely won my business!

I just wanted to say thank you to the team at this Pharmacy. From the guy who answered the phone to the Pharmacist who gave me the flu shot. They were kind, patient, and professional. I like how the owner is also the in-house Pharmacist and they seem to be quite busy.
