Victor recommended an AC installer who did an excellent job and offered a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I have had the equipment about 4 years and they have stood by the warranty for a few very small issues, all at no charge.
Incredible customer service and an incredible company in general.
I picked a tool that I needed, and an employee, recommended another brand. I took his advice and was very very disappointed with the product. I later called and ask if I could exchange it for the other brand (with receipt, packaging, and item). I was told yes, that would be fine, just come in before we close. Once returning I was told that I could not exchange the item. I ended up purchasing the other brand leaving me stuck with the original one I purchased and the new one (which I haven t tested yet). I feel I shouldn t have been recommend something other than what I selected, for something so low of quality. I also feel that I was tricked to come back so they would get more of my business. 2 tips I have for anyone reading this, don t listen to the opinions of these employees and never buy hilmor tubing cutters.
