Phone calls not returned, prescriptions not called in for many days, emails not returned and other issues. I'm glad to see other reviewers have had positive experiences but that has certainly not been our experience.
I just finished services from Via Quest and I was beyond satisfied with my care. I had a huge wound from a serious medical debacle and with their care, I'm ready to resume my life. I want to thank my nurses and the staff for always being prompt, professional and caring about me. I recommend choosing Via Quest for your medical needs.
Staff has been very friendly and efficient. Waiting room is large and clean as is the rest of the office.
If you can avoid it, please do not come here. They do not answer the phones, do not call back, do not check messages. The staff is RUDE especially the front desk. They act as if it's a problem to assist. They will prescribe you medications they refuse to refill on time so you WILL experience withdrawal. Not to mention the NP seeing me is NEVER in the office. They will schedule and confirm an appointment just for me to show up and not be seen.

Went to this location through a referral from my provider. I went to the first appointment which was finding out what exactly was needed whether it be counseling or something else. It has been a month since that appointment and I still had not heard anything. I called their office today to find out why I hadn't been called back. She said that for counseling there is a wait list. I would have been fine with this had they told me this before I left the office after my first appointment. Communication is definitely needed especially for the services this location is providing. Due to this I will not recommend this office to others and will let my PCP know for future referrals for other patients.
I absolutely HATE how if your 15 or more minutes late to ANY appointment, you have reschedule an appointment, they don't care why you were over 15 minutes late to any of the appointments. Had this happen to me TWICE. The first one was when I had an appointment with someone and I was told it was at 2:30, but they said it was at 2:15 when I got there. I wasn't told that was the scheduled time and had to reschedule because of that. Another was just now today when I was going to meet up with my consular. I was over 15 minutes late because I got stuck in traffic due to constriction being done on the way there. Because of that, I had to reschedule with my consular for a different day. That's something they need to fix, that way clients are able to ACTUALLY have their appointments with whoever they're needing to meet up with here. This is the one main thing I abosulitly dislike about ViaQuest.
