Scam artists. Will take you from the airport but will not pick you up. All phone numbers for the company are disconnected. Disgusting company. Avoid if you don't want to miss your flights and/or pay silly prices for a taxi to the airport. How are this company allowed to operate?? Scum.
Please NEVER use this so-called company - they don't show up, and you'll miss your flights, you'll waste 80 Euros on a taxi, and you won't be reimbursed by them - They are liars, they exploit tourists, and they shouldn't be operating. Highly illegal business strategy.
Phone calls are not answered on all 3 numbers supplied!office closed on a holiday and no answer on emergency line.Website not an english translation option so useless.Flight time had changed and had to spend the last 2 days of my holiday finding a way of getting to airport ( cashpoints closed as end of season too ) Thanks ruined a lovely holiday
No problem with transfer. All good and cheap. The bus could have proper clean.

Don't book any service with this company, we book a service and our flight was cancelled, we try call them and no body pick up our calls, we try 20+ times. Actually, we use the emergency number. Funny right?
Didn't pick us up at all! A NO SHOW, despite waiting outside 20 minutes before the transfer time and waiting a further 40 minutes.
Had to then get a taxi to the airport which cost a further 80EUR.
Will either dispute creditcard payment OR seek compensation.

WE EVEN CALLED THEIR EMERGENCY 24 HOUR NUMBER MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. BOTH IN THE UK AND SPAIN.

They were response for transfer to airport on Majorca, bus didnt come, they during conversation switch off the phone
Surprisingly good experience with this company. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes but the rest of the journey went well. Bus was comfortable and the driver was nice.
I suppose the only downside was that we got picked up quite early and we arrived 3.5h before our flight. Plenty time to have a lunch or little wonder around duty free.
We were simply not picked up!!! Our check in time was 9:30am. They sent us a fax saying they were picking us up at 7:25am. We were at the bus stop at 7:22am, didn't have breakfast at the hotel, as they only started serving at 8am. Bus never showed up, so I called every number possible. When I got through to a lady, she never apologized and rudely told me to get a taxi to the airport and we'd be refunded. Sent an email to the company and they said they were at the bus stop at 7:24am and they can't refund. Long story short, we paid 20 to be picked up, but never were. We paid for breakfast at the hotel and never had it and we paid for a taxi and never got refunded. So basically, steer clear of Urbis Viajes.
