Just purchased a new 2017 Hyundai Tuscon. So far so good, I worked with Aleicia and Steven and they were a great help and easy to work with. Only complaint is when I brought in my car to be detailed with the Resistal treatment, they didn't return the "I [heart] my dog" magnet I had on the back of my car. Would love to get it back if it's possible! Otherwise, great team.

Awesome experience. I wanted to stay with Hyundai but wanted a different dealership. I brought my son here to get a car and returned a month or so later for myself. I am impressed with the courteous, knowledgeable but not pushy salesmen. The staff act as team and works together to put the customers first. I bought my second Hyundai here and will continues to return to this dealership in the future. I tell all my friends about them as well. Truly nice experience when purchasing a vehicle without the headaches of car shopping. Terry B was terrific, professional and made our shopping / purchasing experience a great one. By far, the best dealership experience in my 20 years of owning vehicles.

This is one of the WORST Hyundai dealerships, I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I was debating between a 2017 Elantra and 2017 Corolla, and they solidified my decision. I bought the Corolla! After having my vehicle appraised at $3500, this dealership wouldn't honor it and tried to offer me $1500. Knowing they were going to sell my vehicle for $7000 plus. Such a a scam!!

Ray Robinson possesses the right mix of patience and persistence. Having known Ray for over a year, he was aware that I would like to have a new vehicle, and proactively called me when he saw that I had my car in the shop at the dealership. He suggested several vehicles. I came in and drove the one I liked best. He presented me the best offer, worked on getting my car appraised while it was in the shop, and put the deal together. I enjoyed working with Hassan in the Finance Dept, who is always helpful and professional. And I was glad to meet Arnaldo one of the Sales Managers, who was able to provide me with valuable information about the processes and options available from Hyundai of Kennesaw. Overall I had an excellent experience and am really happy with my new vehicle and the deal Ray was able to work out for me!

By FAR the WORST experience in customer service I ...

By FAR the WORST experience in customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. I am a disabled veteran and I 100% believe they were just trying to take advantage of me. I called about my Sonata not starting this morning. Verified that I had a 100000 mile warranty and that a starter was covered. Was told yes on both counts. Great! When is your next appointment? 7:30pm? Not going to work. So I went spent $60 to have my car towed to Cartersville. They tell me that a starter is not covered. I call back to Kennesaw to ask about it and they literally tell me, "I don't know who would have told you that but not my problem." REALLY!? if that is not a 'Bait and switch' then I don't know what is. This service department is a bunch of crooks who knew I would go elsewhere if I was told it wasn't covered so they told me it was to lure me in. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER buy another Hyundai. Oh, and I called Hyundai corporate to see what they would do about a company representing their name blatantly LYING to their customers... "Nothing we can do, sorry." I cant believe that a national company would carry themselves with such a disregard for customer service. Avoid this dealership at all costs, and don't buy a Hyundai at all if you can help it.

First off, I scheduled service online for the first time ever. Though it was kinda cool. Got my conformation email for my 8am appointment this morning. I drive the hour (with Cobb traffic) and get there a little early. The address in my email was to the old location, however I was saved by Google. I arrive at the new location realizing that I could have saved about 15 minutes of driving time had I known in advance. I see nobody around except a few folks inside. Seeing another Hyundai in what I thought was the line for service I pull up behind and wait. About 5 minutes later a man comes out and breaks the news to me that they weren't open. Seriously? He goes on and says everyone was supposed to be called but I received no call. Disgusted I leave and drive home. How does a reputable company allow this to happen? All it would have taken was a phone call. That's it. How hard is that? I will not be using Kennesaw Hyundai for anything, ever. I love my Hyundai, but at this point I may choose another brand in the future if all of the dealerships are run the same.

I love the dealership I live in the south but I prefer to drive to Hyundai of Kennesaw because of the service and the way they have treated me as an customer. They have made my experiences with them pleasant so I trust the service there so I trust taking my Gensis and Hyundai Elantra to them.

Went to Hyundai of Kennasaw today for the first service on our 2017 Santa Fe Sport!
Great car we love it! Got oil changed , got a tire repaired but I think it would have been a better experience if the car had been vacuumed and run thru their car wash. It's a brand new vehicle clean them when they are in for service add value. Check on a sheet every single system and report back to us the customer give us more than we expect!
Our tires had been showing low pressure due to our unseasonal cold and then warm days. When the tire was repaired the onboard system was not reset ....why? Had to ask to have it done why ? Even with an appointment we waited 1.5 hours why ?

Spent 1.5 hours there being pitched a new car at twice the payment after being promised the same payments.. also scheduled an apt 2.5 weeks out to get car looked at. False promises, do not trust them.
While I was looking for a new car, I stumbled upon a pop up with "Get $40 when you test drive" and since I had no interest in Hyundai I wanted to see if that was true. So, I tested a car with a guy called Arman and claimed the $40 when he said it will take 6-8 weeks. Obviously I never received the $40. I texted him after 3 months saying I never received the $40 on what he replies "I'm sorry". I think this shows the level of trust for new buyers.

Joshua Richey was a stellar person to work with. He is friendly, humble and accommodating. We had the opportunity to purchase a new Hyundai at another dealer today who came recommended from a family member. However our experience here with Joshua, Cole and the Sales Manager Scott Morris were so positive that we were compelled to come back and do business with them.

It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work with this dealership. We look forward to a long relationship here.

Although this was my first experience with Kennesaw Hyundai it will not be my last. I found the facility to be neat, organized, and above all customer organized. The customer lounge is exceptional. I pursued to check out the sales area and was even more impressed. The sales personnel I encountered were cordial and not pushy. I could go on but this will indicate my personal opinion of Kennesaw Hyundai.

I bought my first Hyundai a few days ago and the staff at Hyundai of Kennesaw gave me a stellar customer service experience. My sales person was Brandon and he did a great job making me feel comfortable during the entire process and offered support in a non invasive or pressured environment. I was on a very specific budget that I needed to adhere to and he helped get the price adjusted to meet my needs in a very efficient manner. The finance department took care of us quickly once our spot in queue arrived and then we were owners! Great experience and staff. Will look at doing business with them in the future.

Told me they d pay the wear and tear fee for my lease. They didn t. I got sent to collections. Then they did pay it, only it was over 90 days late. Cost me about -70 points on my credit score, I would have rather just paid the wear and tear fee at the end of it all just to never have to deal with them ever again.

My experience at Hyundai of Kennesaw was very good. Everyone was very friendly and most pleasant which meant a lot to me. I was a bit annoyed when I found out about the $799 fee at the last minute but overall I am happy with my Sonata and the purchase price. Thanks Hyundai of Kennesaw and when we get ready to get a Genesis we will return !!!

Took my car in on March 4th because it was smoking...

Took my car in on March 4th because it was smoking and losing oil. They told me they could not "duplicate" the problem but I did need an oil change which I told them to go ahead and do. Once I got the car back it was doing the same thing I took it in for I called and left messages, I emailed and NEVER got a response. On April 20th my motor went out. The shop I took it to said there was no way that Kennesaw of Hyundai did not know that their was sludge all in my oil and motor. It was very obvious where you put the oil in.
They charged me $195.00 for nothing and could possibly have saved me from having to have a new motor. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Since you are working so hard to deliver EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I wish to express my disappointment in an erosion of the level of customer service at Hyundai of Kennesaw. I am now on my 4 Hyundai! I ve owned two Sonatas, an Elantra, and now a Tuscon. I have been loyal to the brand BECAUSE of your excellent warranty and well organized service departments. For the past 10 years I have called and scheduled an appointment for my oil changes. This morning, while trying to do just that, I was told by Hyundai of Kennesaw that they no longer schedule appointments for oil changes apparently since moving to your new location earlier this year. I m told that it is now first come, first served. I don t know if this is a move that ALL Hyundai dealerships are making, or if it is just Hyundai of Kennesaw, but it is most definitely not in keeping with your goal to deliver EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am beyond disappointed! Is this the cost of your free lifetime oil change consumer bonus? I have to wonder why you would systematically make a change that would make it more difficult for the customer to avail themselves of this service. I have always promoted your brand, but this, this is a game changer. Shame on you.

Service had our car for a month. Engine replacement. Was told "we can possibly get this covered under warranty" No updates, no calls, no information regarding possibly having to pay for entire engine replacement and installation. Only called us back once it was done. When we got there they just hand us our keys. Nothing on the warranty of the new engine, what made the old one fail. Not a great experience at the car rental place either. Overall, would probably not buy Hyundai again based on service related issues.

From Someone who was going to buy...and someone who did buy.

Me: I was in the market for a new car. I already had an approved deal at Dodge on Cobb Parkway (bought my car there. Great experience) I let them know everything around 1030am when I called. Let them know what I made, my price range, and what Dodge had already approved me for. They were certain we could get a deal since I had one at Dodge. So they asked me to show up at 5pm after work. So I did the whole application at 1030am, sent in bank stubs and all,I showed up at 5pm and was then told that "all the banks are closed and I'd have to come back tomorrow". I had asked on the phone at 1030am to call me with whatever approval they had or did not have... And they had not even ran or submitted my information from 1030 that morning. So the whole day and trip was a complete waste.

My girlfriend: She bought a car from here. Had the car with the advertisements for the dealer and was supposed to get life time oil changes. She went to get her oil changed and they said that was not case with the sticker. When I called they said it was "free oil changes for a year". So we removed the sticker and when she refinanced the car, came across the paperwork where she had a package with lifetime oil changes for free.

That's just my experience but neither one was good.

I had a fantastic experience here and I recommend that anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to try here. The entire staff is extremely professional and I never once felt pressured. My sales man never once tried to push me into the deal and the sales manager went above and beyond. They made the car whole car buying experience as painless as possible and worked with me more than they needed to. I am beyond satisfied with this dealership and I will return here when I am looking for my next car. Great place!

I was in need of a car badly and went to test drive a Tuscon there. The lady knew absolutely nothing about the car. Every single question I asked about the car, she couldn't answer. They didn't have the specs I wanted on any of the Tuscons on the lot. I went to another dealership and found something I really liked. I messaged her and asked if she could fine me the same. I literally never heard back from her. She never checked back with me at all.
I have heard from other people that the dealership and service center is great. But my experience with this sales lady was below par. I want to say her name was Patricia...but honestly don't remember.

If you are in the market for a new Hyundai, then you really should visit Hyundai of Kennesaw. It was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. The whole staff was wonderful!! The finance person was very helpful as well. Each person we came in contact with exceeded our expectations. Our sales person, Johnny Walker, was terrific! Im not just saying that....it's true. No pressure. Knowledgeable. And interested in helping me make an informed decision. I would go back to him again...and again. So should you!!

Great service from the moment you walk in... they don't pressure you to buy and wait patiently for you to make your decisions after many tests drives..very polite and knowledgeable sales persons both in car sales and service... oil changes for life...nice open spaces inside with tv, free Starbucks coffee and drinks...very satisfied with the way we were treated and got out the door with a new vehicle...give them an opportunity to serve you and you will be a happy car buyer

I went to the dealer with an offer they posted and priced in the internet.

Long story short they refused to honor said price and leasing options.

So I called the dealer to advise the General Manager about the issue. Mr. Taylor, very nice and extremely professional took the time to understand and resolve the issue.

Way to go Hyundai. And Kennesaw Hyundai. My cars engine seized up in my way home. I have a few extra miles on my car than the factory warranty did they tell me I'm sorry I can't help? Nope brought it I. They put me in a rental and put a new engine in my car. Took a little long but hey I was not complaining. Thanks to Brandon for keeping in contact.

I'll start off that I've purchased a free lifetime oil change, however, I'm never going back to get this service. That's how bad and slow their service was. A 15 minutes regular service turned out to a 2 hours event, despite the appointment I've made. What was the point of the appointment I'm still asking myself?! Bottom line DO NOT waste your time going to Cherokee Hyundai, nothing good will come out of it!

I have been going to Kennesaw Hyundai for many years. I trust them with my vehicle. Now, that they have moved into the new location, I have seen a huge improvement in service!! I was blown away by the experience. I love the way you can see your car in the bays being repaired through the big glass wall! Awesome feature!! The service was excellent, when making an appointment you'll get the name of the service professional that will be working on your car. Very personal touch. Love the overall style of the dealership and the different levels of landscape going on there. They kept me updated on the status of the repair. I was so shocked when they came to tell me that I was finished. I had brake service and oil change in less than 1and half hours! Wow! Lastly when it's time to check in and out, there are several windows that can help instead of just one. GREAT JOB! Awesome professional service. They are MY Hyundai dealership.

The customer service department was outstanding! I spoke with Devenn Triola the day prior in regards to an sd card issue with my newly purchased 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid (not purchased at the Kennesaw location), and he was eager to earn my business in the future and provided the simple program updating that another dealership was unable to correct without a service fee. I will most definitely return to this department for all my service needs in the future, and the complimentary Starbucks coffee is a nice added touch. The issue was fixed in under the time quoted to me, which is always a pleasant surprise. Thank you Devenn Triola for taking care of us, we will certainly return to this service department for all of our future Hyundai needs!

Would most definitely come here to buy a vehicle. Overall an awesome facility. Worked with Nadia to car shop (she rocks) and was incredibly helpful and funny! There is also one guy who works here and sells cars that is extremely attractive but I don't know his name. Anyway, anytime I have come in for any sort of service they have been pretty quick and extremely helpful. The guys who work the front desk of the service department are informative and kind. Not condecending and they have taken the time to explain things to me when needed. I LOVE that I can watch the progress on my car from the waiting room because of the service waiting room floor to ceiling windows that looking the service garage. Again, would recommend coming here for a car. I am not an easy person to work with when it comes to cars. I can be a bit... Eccentric. But they have been doing a pretty awesome job and kept me happy.

If your not ready to buy a car dont go here to just test drive but if you are ready to buy i recommend this plae. They will give you alot of options and will work with you. As a 20 year old buying a brand new car by myself was the easiest thing i have ever done. All the people i worked with Kristen,Todd Shelley,Todd Park were all nice and helped me out from beginning to end and was very friendly even after i bought the car. I believe Todd got me the best deal considering it was a brand new car. The only thing i wish they had done was let me know all the requirements that i need before buying like proof of insurance even thought that is something that is obvious still wish they would have mention that i actually had to be on the insurance card. Overall very nice establishment i met almost everybody there including the manager.

Both of them were amazing took all the time we needed to help us in every way. Matt made sure we knew how everything worked and all our questions were answered before we left the lot. Do not go! Dropped my '06 Sonata off. It needed to...

Do not go! Dropped my '06 Sonata off. It needed to be checked for a few things. They were supposed to see what the car needed and call me back the next day to give me an estimate. They did call the next day and told me the ABS module was bad and that it would be $2360!!!! The part costs $1281 with hyundai online, mark up already included. The service rep said their part was closer to $1500. They will rip you off marking parts up and for their labor! That repair should be 1700 or 1800 total...
I told rep to not touch the car, that I would be back the next morning to pick it up. When I got there, they charged me for an alignment and $110 to diagnose ABS Module trouble, which in the bill it only said that my ABS pump is about to go out....
My car did need an alignment, but I assumed when I tell the rep to NOT do any work to my car, he wouldnt honor that. Well, they didn't!!
I walked out there having to pay $224...they make sure you dont walk out without them making some money!

Update
Had my car checked out by an independant mechanic:
Nothing wrong with the ABS module!!!!
No brake fluid leak whatsoever. THEY LIED to me to sell me $2300 worth of unnecessary parts and labor. The diagnostics codes revealed it was just a problem with some kind of brake switch (Hyundai service bulletin reported on that in the past). That's why my ABS light came on every once in a while: an electronic problem with some switch, not an ABS pump/module.
Another item on the list was windshield washer jets not working. Hyundai Kennesaw had told me I needed a new windshield washer pump. LIES - the jets were just clogged up. Happens especially if you park under trees a lot.
I will never take my car to this Hyundai place again. Bunch of liars. You ought to be ashamed!!!!!!!!

This rating is based on our car buying experience, as well as service experience. It took hours to finalize our deal and then features we were told car had, it did not. Had to wait weeks for carpets when they could just take them from another car (like they did weeks later). Was told all oil changes were covered yet we did not even get one. Service did do the first for free after explaining the situation. Then, we waited over 2 hours for an oil change, with a pre scheduled appointment. Would not recommend this location for car buying.
