Unfortunately I bought a wrong standard product, but could not exchange my product because it was purchased through the company (no right to exchange). Despite the fact that the product is the basic version and that it falls within the delivery time for standard products. Do they indicate that it is custom work and that a company has no right to exchange. At least learned to first review the reviews on googlemaps before you do business;)

Via-Direct has drawn up an extensive acoustic plan for us for our noisy office space in Elst. The responsible account manager was transparent and honest about the different types of solutions, prices and types of acoustic products that matched. It was a considerable investment, but we are very happy that we started working with this party, because we notice a huge difference and everyone is a lot more relaxed!
Very poor service. Ordered a desk and then been waiting for this desk's sheet for weeks - which is quite essential. There is no response to feedback e-mails and certainly not in solutions. ZERO stars.

Nice company. Extractor hood (via Bol.com) ordered that did not function properly. Reported and after submitting a photo and a movie Via-Direct sent a new extractor hood without any fuss. Good service, good communication and smooth settlement.

Do not simply assume the words used by this webshop such as 'cheap' kitchens and 'special offer'. There could be a price difference of in my case about 15%, while it concerns an identical product from exactly the same supplier. And then apparently you're just out of luck. Advice is therefore to look further, otherwise you will pay considerably more than necessary.

Already working for 6 weeks on a solution for a (partially) incorrectly delivered product. Although I have clearly indicated (based on an earlier order) what I would like, I was not told in advance that the product (according to direct, on behalf of the supplier) in this form is no longer available. After some investigation, it appears that another online shop can simply order and deliver this!
The response from via direct is invariably; "we are waiting for a response from our supplier" or "our supplier says ..."
Best via direct, I ordered from you, not from your supplier. Come up with a solution yourself or be open to a solution from your customer instead of letting the customer wait that long.
And if you hit the table once in a while, the response is rude and scornful!

I recently ordered a number of office chairs for our company and despite the fact that there were some problems with the delivery (the driver had not indicated when he would come by), the Via-Direct team kept in very proactive contact with us and resolved everything .

Roseat design office chair Black - DeLuxe - NEN EN 1335 for sale for half the price. See marketplace. Invoice November 2020 week used unfortunately too high. Employees are so neat and polite. You rarely experience it anymore. Chair is great quality too. However ... too high for my height. I am 172 years old but the chair is still 2 cm too high. Which is a shame for an ergonomic workplace. So learning moment always ask for the length or mention it in the info. Or even better, sit a test first. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry, and haste is rarely a good thing. So chair unfortunately goes out again. Oh yes, no delivery indication is also a point of attention, since you cannot just put your package in your trunk;) unfortunately, return also costs 50
After having to wait for more than two months for the order and after two "failed" delivery attempts where no one ever appeared, I unfortunately had to cancel the order. Be warned this is a broker! The customer service itself cannot answer anything and they time and again fail to get in touch with the actual supplier somewhere in Germany. Received a confirmation of the delivery twice by telephone and by e-mail, but nothing was ever delivered on the agreed date and time. The dissatisfaction with the non-compliance with the agreements was the reason for customer service to present me a choice; or cancel or (again) wait! The customer service is extremely rude and laughs at you over the phone when you present them the problems instead of taking care of a correct settlement. In short, save yourself (much) time and (even more) frustration and order from one of the many (web) stores that do deliver the ordered products.
Do not order from these webshops !! I cannot select less than 1 star in a review, but even 1 star is a lot for the service they offer. The desk bikes I ordered finally arrived after a lot of contact with the transporter themselves. The return, however, was a completely different story: they pretend that you cannot use the legal cooling-off period and then I had to wait 2 months to get part of my money back. The scammers charge a small 50! euros in 'treatment costs'. And that while you are also expected to pay the return costs yourself.
So know what you're getting into at that super customer-unfriendly company ...
