I've worked for this company for almost two years. They are good to their employees and always provide quality services to customers and clients. Would highly recommend their services to anyone! VHT rocks !

I have used VHT for the last 18 years and have always had positive results. This week that changed when I scheduled a drone photographer and my the appointment was cancelled 4 times, yes, 4 times. They cancelled and rescheduled these appointments the day after the appointment was to take place. When speaking to them today they claimed weather to be an issue. FYI the weather has been wonderful the past week and a half and not windy. Very unhappy with VHT. Poor communication as well.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They have been nothing but terrible and I would never recommend them to ANYONE!! They bought the company who I was using who I absolutely loved (Edburg) and they had wonderful customer service. When I called, they answered, when there was a problem, they called. VHT has hour wait times, they don't call back if you leave messages, they never respond to emails and they take a week to figure out how to schedule a photographer. If they are able to schedule one, they somehow mess that up too! I got all my pictures branded which they should know (being a real estate photography company) is NOT allowed!!! I told them to removed the branding this morning because now I have an active listing with NO photos and now it's the afternoon and still NO PHOTOS!!! What a nightmare. I gave them multiple chances, but NEVER again.

VHT has been great to work with. I have used them for numerous real estate photos and have been very happy.

We have had such great experiences with VHT and they are always so quick to respond to any questions we have. On top of the awesome professionalism, they also take great photos!

If I can give zero, I would give zero. I used VHT for more than 10 years, I spent over 1 thousand a year and suddenly because I changed broker company, I lost all my access to previous photos I spent money. What do they think they can do whatever they want to photos I paid? I never signed anything with VHT or my previous broker about changing broker would loose photos. Be careful using them!

Placed floorplan order for five day ago, never has any response until 4 days later and someone called and said he is not available for the request time, then put the order back to the office. I have to call the office again and then they reassign the order. But then I need to follow-up with the photographer again and he said the order have reassigned again because he is not available too. No body know where is the order and what is the status now and I need to get the job done tomorrow. This is VERY VERY unprofessional and irresponsible. It looks like VHT don't care about your business and just put the order on the side until you call and complaint multiple times. Very bad experience.

Stay away. The photos are terrible. Honestly, a 10 year old with an iPhone can take better photos. The windows are often blurry and you cannot see the exterior (as you should be able to with professional photography). We get photos that are blurry. And their customer service is useless. Way better options in Orlando, Florida.
