VFS has been managing a very efficient operation but my latest experience was woeful. For a Schengen Visa for visiting Portugal VFS displayed utter inefficiency and illogical procedures. For example insisted on visiting Consulate in Goa (i am based in Mumbai) that too at a fixed time entailing overnight stay in Goa. Thereafter insisted on a Hand written declaration (repeating what is already there in Visa Application )before couriering the Passport with Visa. Total harassment illogical and avoidable.

Visa processing center for different countries. Provides services of collection of passport with documents for the consulate to process and delivers then back. But too steep a price. Courier being blue dart intracity is INR 465, sms services are INR 200 odd

One of the most mismanaged VFS centre... The collection of visa take more than 3 hours ...forcing applicatants to upgrade to "premium" service. If you are planning for China visa... Advise you at least one month prio travel date

Good facilities, but can be very slow in processing sometimes.

Fast service. Make sure you park at a pay and park nearby. Cops keep wandering this area to find no parking offences.

China Visa facilitation services at Nariman Point. Very efficient, enter by 9 am, pass security, take a number and await your turn. TV is on for time pass. Several counters. Each person takes approx 15 minutes at the counter. Helpful staff, no need to use an Agent if you follow online website instructions, and clear doubts on their helpline. Saves a lot on Agent commission.

for Chinese visa.Don't deserve even one star. I am resident of Bangalore. first visited VFS central Street Bangalore. I was directed to shantinagar branch. I was made to wait for 1 hour I requested to meet the manager actually security manager manager. Inform me VFS Bombay handles Chinese visa I tried for 3 days to contact them on phone but no response I was given mobile number of deputy manager who never picks up the phone
Their general landline just rings no one ever picks up. No reply for mail either .VFS charge exorbitant amount for non existent service. They are simply looting public due to their monopoly.
Public should shun them and inform all embassies.

VFS has made a lot of improvements lately, As compared to what they were half decade ago primarily the staff's soft skills had improved a lot. I couod get a pleasant feeling unlike in the past. There are still more processes that VFS can consider making customer friendly e.g. the attrocious wait time taken during submission of application - Agent with bulk submission takes up all the time. if the individual submission and bulk submission are kept separate it could help.

Proper security system is there for building, maintain proper order for appointment taking

Faster service, friendly staffs. You can carry your mobile and backpack. Laptops are not allowed.

Seriously don't even feel like rating for this... Have been over the phone for the past one hour, only one stupid music going on to tell us to wait operator is busy like seriously... Worst service please fix yourself and get upto standard.

WORST SERVICE & will get robbed

VFS Global Nariman point, people are there just to rob you. Pickpocketing is a form of larceny and they have excelled into it.

On the contrary, they made me pay there. I had to travel a lot to reach Mumbai. And the next appointment wasn't easily available. And, I end up into paying extra.
In fact, their customer care services aren t helpful as well.
Since January I am chasing and it s mid of August, no satisfactory answer. Our team is looking into it.

Excellent Service provided by VFS counter staff at Swiss Visa Counter. at Trade Centre BKC.. The Checking /Verification of Documents was done in a professional manner. The counter Staff Namrata Shinde was very courteous and polite. she did an excellent work. My best compliments to the VFS team.

Their services are great and that's what has landed them up with handling of so many country visas. They truly doing a fantastic job. I feel their attendants could be slightly more warm and helpful which would make the experience even better.

Mumbai VISA centre for China-visa @ Mafatlal Centre, Nariman Point is like a fish-market. The whole process needs to be reviewed. If the applications have increased, then increase the manpower for servicing.Also,it is not good to make us stand on the road for collection etc, in the open bearing the weather. You need to do something for Senior Citizens. At least give some kind of PRIORITY!

Good employees, but the telephone and email is not reachable at all. The lack of communication had made the visa process delay.

GERMAN VISA centre. Fast service and friendly staff. Please don't carry laptops as they won't allow it inside and there is no place arranged to keep or deposit laptop. Online appointments is great thing which saves our time
