Very pleased with the service.
Punctual, kind, friendly and knowledgeable of treatments and tried to put my dog at ease with treats and tlc.

Vets normally for pets, so ideal when you have a pet. Wouldn't recommend if you don't

The vet (for cats) is excellent, not sure about the other(s) for dogs as we don't have a woofer. There can be a longish wait for prescriptions even if you ring to say you're on the way (just do it when you have time). Overall good experience. The Petplan is good for worming / flea spotons, plus one free vet appointment we used almost straight away - no quibbles or queries over fees.

Fantastic practice, the staff are lovely and the puppy classes are invaluable when you've got a little one

Would not recommend this particular vet !!

Staff very efficient, the clinic was very busy however we were attended to very quickly. Reception phone was ringing off the hook and I can t applaud the ladies on the desk enough. They answered every call and also attended to customers in the clinic.

My dog was very poorly and so this was an emergency appointment. I was very distressed but the staff were amazing and took decisive action which I m sure resulted in the speedy recovery of my dog.

Love Vets4Pets Carlisle. The vet is lovely and very informative. The assistants are very attentive and nice to talk to. Appointments are quite easy to get. Really good plans that staff go through with you. Overall, an incredible experience from Vets4Pets will be bring my little Frenchie here for life!

Helped me to find a care plan for my pets specific needs. Gave demonstration on how to administer medications.
