The vet (for cats) is excellent, not sure about the other(s) for dogs as we don't have a woofer. There can be a longish wait for prescriptions even if you ring to say you're on the way (just do it when you have time). Overall good experience. The Petplan is good for worming / flea spotons, plus one free vet appointment we used almost straight away - no quibbles or queries over fees.
