I have been using the practise for over a year now, more for convenience than anything else. Upon taking my puppy there for booster vaccinations I was disgusted by so many things. The reception were very friendly but the vet herself was awful. We were over half an hour late going in which is one of those things but in the 5 minutes we were there, she told me my puppy could potentially have some kind of growth on his face, an ear infection, his teeth would need removing and I should think about castration! She wanted to give me medication for a spot he had (the potential growth) and the ear infection. I would also need to go back for further consultations so she could look at him. When I realised it was something I had at home, she told me that would have expired so I needed a new batch. Thankfully, I didn't have my purse with me so I came home and tried the batch I had. Hey presto, his 'spot' has gone and he is fighting fit. Had I listened to her, I would be a few hundred pounds shy by now. I felt she had no interest in my dog, she just wanted to upsell as much as she possibly could. I guess they are targeted but given the current economic environment, I would prefer a vet that wasn't happy to take money without even discussing alternative options first.

The staff are always very helpful and so far the dog doesn t mind going!

Exceptional veterinary practice, so pleased we are registered with them. They understand just how important our pets are to us and no question is ever judged by them. The receptionists are always friendly just like the vets and veterinary nurses. We have care plans for our dog and rabbits and both are beneficial because you are not worrying about certain procedures as they are covered. Highly recommended.

Compassionate, caring and knowledgeable staff, gave me an extra year with my cat despite the cancer. When it came to the end.... it was done respectfully, kindly and professionally. I cannot praise the Vets and Nurses here enough.

Everything was exceptional from the reception staff to the vet. I was kept fully updated at all times & everything was explained in full to me to ensure full understanding.

The vet was very friendly and explained things clearly.

Everyone was professional and caring.
There was a dog showing aggressive behaviour who slipped his harness. I think he wanted my little dog for dinner!
The staff allowed me to wait in another room while the owner got his harness on and then the vet directed him to his practice room and closed the door while he finished explaining the drug process to me.
All dealt with safely and fairly for both dogs and owners

Find Nancy so friendly, knowledable and supportive. Very friendly reception staff and nothing is ever too much for them. Have recommended this practice and will continue to do so. Feel they all really care for my cat as well as me UPDATE Will no longer take my cat or any of my pets here after being told my cat needed putting down. Another vet the next day at same practice told me nothing seriously wrong with my cat. Don't use

Found very hard toget the vet to understand. me saying my dog. Had lost weight from last time. All very late for appointment. Due vet being very slow.

Staff were so helpful and able to answer all the questions that we had about purchasing a rabbit. They gave us the positive of each breed that they had for sale they also recommend all the things that we would need to care for our new pet.

Staff were very friendly making suggestions to sign up for loyalty club to get a discount off our purchases i will definitely return to this store to get more pet purchases

Great knowledge of Marley, and informed advice given. Appointment made to come back 2 days to have a surgical procedure, everything explained clearly and in a friendly manner.

We had our little Bella well looked after(neutered) she's doing so good now,recovering very well, thanks Vets4Pets team.

Yet another example of the fantastic service from Vets4Pets. Away from home for the weekend and worried about Bertie following his operation for Cryptorchid eight days ago, so called into the Corby branch for reassurance. Once again, great team of nurses and vets and great treatment for Bertie. Thank you all.

Great that this place deals with reptiles- I needed one of my leopard geckos treated and the vet was incredibly enthusiastic, super helpful and handled the gecko well (despite her being super squirmy/misbehaving!). Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic care and service couldn t wish for better service by our vet.

Always good service and they take good care of our puppy. With the current restrictions he gets very upset if he is separated from either me or my wife but the vet took good care of him and he came out happy. Which is all we want

Shocking service.... Genuine lack of care or advice couldn't get us out quick enough. Won't be going back other than for annual vaccinations which are Pre paid for!

The receptionist is really nice and very helpful. On my first visit with my puppy, he never got his worm tablet? She said he can interact with dogs I know are fully vaccinated. Both neighbours have dogs.
On my second a visit, a male vet contradicted what the first vet said. He didn't know what my puppy was having and felt he wasn't happy to explain about vacc for life and told me to talk to receptionist. Said there are too many deals and confused what each one is, this didn't fill me with confidence. Don't know if my puppy got the right vaccinations??? Not sure at moment if I will carry on going? The receptionist got the two stars, no stars for the vets, unfortunately.

Great service, polite staff, and very knowledgeable vet.

Although the Vet was running behind time for our appointment, our experience was good and put my fears for my dog at ease. Also, really appreciated that the Vet came to see my dog in the car, rather than traumatising him by trying to get him into the store/surgery which was not possible.

Refused to see sick puppy due to no living close enough even know account had been used a fair few times prior, avoid use a decent independent vets?!

Vet was lovely, Alfie hates going to the vets bit she made it as pleasant as could be. Receptionist's customer service skills were non existent, rude.

They wouldn't let me take my cat for her yearly jabs when they were due in July because of the covid situation, which I understand.

When I was eventually allowed to take her they charged me for the jabs, even though I am on the 'vac for life' plan, because they had to start the course again! I am really not happy about that as 'vac for life' should mean for life. It's not my fault they were only taking emergencies when her vacs were due... it feels that they are sometimes more interested in getting your money than actually looking after your animals.

It's a shame really as they are usually a good place to go & they took good care of my cat last year when she was ill but I left very disappointed this time & I would've been even more disappointed if they hadn't lowered the price a bit when I questioned it.

Next time her jabs are due I will be insisting on them doing them on time, no matter what is going on in the world... otherwise i may have to take my custom elsewhere.

The last 3 times I have been here I have waited for over an hour beyond my appointment time. This is what you get for a budget vets.

The staff here are wonderful, caring, and friendly, I would not take my fur babies anywhere else.

Avoid at all costs!!! New litter of kittens seemed off so i brought them in-vet said all in good health and development despite the issues they were having- not wanting to eat, lethargic, they even haven't had their first vaccs and said it will pass- didn't give any advice or further instructions-basically my concerns were dismissed there and then...same night 2 kittens didn't make it till morning!!! Useless waste of lives and money!!!

We had to have our lovely old family cat put down recently and they were very caring and kind, giving us paw prints and some of her fur in a little bottle with her initial on.

Martin is a really great vet. He listen to everything you say and then asks great questions, to help understand the issues better. And he really connects with the animals, which is so telling, for me. I would recommend this practice without hesitation

These lovely ladies are the best vets in the area. They really care and are very professional. I wouldn't take my animal anywhere else. They are very reasonably priced and always have special offers. They even offer bereavement counselling which is free and I have never heard any another vets offer that service. Also my friend found a stray cat in her shed. I called Vets4Pets and explained the situation they checked the mother and 2 week old kittens over free of charge. My friend had contacted another vets on Facebook who had seen and read the message but did not reply. Lisa and her team obviously care about animals and are passionate about their jobs. Brilliant place to take your animals and they will be well looked after like the pets are their own pets.
