Ordered a taxi to go to the airport. Everything is set. No one shows up. I call and they have no one available. I ordered Uber.

Based in Waltham but the dispatcher states they have nobody available in Waltham. Its no wonder why everybody is moving to Uber.

We have used Veterans Taxi for years, particularly for transportation to Newton/Needham and return from Logan. They have always been on time and reliable. So far with that record, we would never use any one else.

Rude and dangerous drivers that slam on the brakes for no reason then speeds off up the road while with an elderly passenger

I got stuck behind one of the Veterans Taxi's, he was going 15/20mph in a 35mph road, I figured he was unfamiliar with the area but then I noticed he was playing with his phone. He continued to use his phone and almost ran a red light & when the red turned green he was too busy to notice, the driver continued to go over the yellow lines until I turned. So dangerous & really ignorant.

Don't use Veterans if you value your time. The drivers are nice, but "scheduled" service is unreliable and the call center can be hostile. Two Veterans reps told me that the company won't "own" scheduled pickups. Why even offer them then?

If you want your wife and daughter put on perma hold 5 times at midnight at Logan, this is the taxi service for you. Otherwise, use Uber or virtually any other method to get home

I've taken Veterans most Mondays for the last 4 months. They have no semblance of customer loyalty. Their drivers regularly can't find my house (which is still the exact same place I ordered a cab from them the week before). On more than one occasion, I've been left on a dark street corner scrambling, stuck going back and forth with dispatch trying to get a car to me. It''s beyond nerve wrecking. Just tonight they cancelled my regular Monday ride due to "severe over booking." I suspect maybe <5 people work before 5am and at least 2 of them have no sense of direction. I'm done using these guys. I'll start using an actual livery service to avoid the headache.

Very rude driver for our last experience in town. Wont use ever again.

The only reason I was taking a cab was because I was in rush, instead of estimated 25 min waited over an hour.

I have been using Veterans for many years. I have found them to be the best taxi company in terms of driver safety and friendliness as well as on-time performance.

Outstanding services . Friendly drivers who know the area well and anticipate your needs in advance. First choice in my book. Better than Uber because you can phone them.

Unfortunately Veterans Taxi is part of the MBTA RIDE program. Allowing this company to transport people with disabilities is a travesty. Their incompetence in scheduling rides is outdone only by their rudeness.

I have used the service for many years, but the last couple times have been distinctively bad experiences. The last time I used them, the driver showed up roughly 30 minutes late, with no stated reason, and I almost missed my flight. The time before that, the driver did not seem steady on the road, and I was considering just getting out and calling another company.

I'm not sure why their quality has deteriorated, but, at this point, I'd recommend using someone else.

My friend has used this company for a year now and never had an issue the overnight driver is rude and never sends me a driver he says at 2am everyday there is no driver this is ridiculous I almost got fired from my job because this dispatcher on overnights in Mansfield don't use them they are the worst.

Booked a taxi 24 hours in advance to ensure I would have a ride home for my elderly mother when arriving late at Logan. When we arrived, there was no taxi, and they would not pick up the phone. We had been using Veterans Taxi my whole life, but we will never use them again.

These guys are always on time and service is always excellent

Called for a pickup at Logan and car never showed after at least 30 minutes and promises repeated times from dispatch the car was 10 minutes away. Both unreliable and dishonest. Last time using Veteran's Taxi.

Their service literally sucks. YOU CAN CALL 40 MINS PRIOR TO BEING PICKED UP AND THEY STILL BE LATE. THEI JUST OVERALL BAD FOR BUSINESS.
