Although it's impossible to be perfect, you can absolutely count on our commitment to do everything in our control to give the best experience possible.
Setting up my plan was incredibly easy, and so far, everything seems to be working great. I like that the platform is easy to navigate, and that the fees are lower than my previous provider. Other than that, I really don't login much!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been emailing them for 2 weeks from my yahoo email account and still no response, actually I just get the same email back saying that they will contact me withing 24 hours. Still nothing. I left a message today, I doubt they will call me back. Their costumer service is awful and I would not recommend.
I rarely do reviews, but I saw a negative one on Vestwell, and felt compelled to share my (opposite) experience. I've been using Vestwell for almost a year now and I've found it incredibly easy - very straightforward, my fees seem lower than at my last company, and I can easily go in and make changes as needed. Plus, I had customer service help with my previous company rollover and they were incredibly responsive/helpful. Overall, I'm a fan.
The portal is very easy to use. And cheerful too. Customer service is quick. Overall, I like it so far.
I've really enjoyed working with Vestwell. Their support team is incredibly responsive, I find their portal easy-to-use, and my payroll integrations has cut down on time tremendously. Keep it up Vestwell team!
The worst company ever.
They never responded back
As long as you can do what you need without intervention, the company has some decent, low fee options for balancing your retirement account. But customer service is terrible. Judging from other's experiences, this may be a recent thing. Despite the website assuring that most inquiries are answered in one business day (usually), it has been three days since making an email request, with additional email requests each of the intervening days, and another email and voice mail today. Still no response.
Follow Up (Next Day): Within a few hours of posting this review, I was contacted by customer service and my questions were clearly and quickly answered. So I will bump them up one star for that. If the distribution is completed without problems, I'll give them another star. But 4 stars will be as far as I go due to how long it took to get an initial response.
