You are a rude, uninterested seller who only wants to steal money.

But the security of Golfs are perfect, that's why a thieves guild steals it out with 10 minutes!

As soon as you have questions about how you can protect your car better, you catch a bone, then you still buy a new one ?!

Outrageous how customers are treated here, I do not expect that someone is paid to provide advice and service!

Big Volkswagen dealership. They have a showroom for new cars and a showroom for used cars, including a lot of low mileage cars (ex lease cars). They also have a repair shop and they sell parts. There's also an Audi, Renault and Seat dealership on the same strip. They are rather expensive. They don't have any occasions outside and parking outside office hours is not possible here.

I'm looking for a new car. I have been helped everywhere, Mercedes, BMW, Suzuki with all kindness.

But unfortunately Wittebrug Forepark has not changed a lot since my last arrival 5 years ago. Not a good afternoon, not addressed by anyone, and the worst thing: meeting a staff member on the stairs, greeting them with good afternoon and not a word coming back.

You share this with people in your area, that happens nowadays. Group apps, birthdays etc etc .. then I hear this from several people, who have also decided not to buy their car from this dealer, but another, outside the region. That means that Wittebrug loses tons on an annual basis.

My tip; come together with all employees and spend a day at the Mercedes dealer in the Forepark. We were greeted and approached by several people there. Of course you are not going to do this, the arrogance is too high for that. But I would discuss internally how this can be improved. Everyone is a (potential) customer .. not necessarily now, but perhaps in a year. In addition, you receive everyone in a friendly way (to make them feel at home at Volkswagen Wittebrug), then I am convinced that this is also being told, but that is positive. I cannot think of anything positive for myself at the moment.

Wittenburg Kerketuinen The Hague, a good and neat Volkswagen dealer. I have been coming here for years with my transporter (work bus) and private car a wave. You sometimes hear negative things about garage companies and dealers, but that has never been the case at Wittenburg on the church gardens. And if there are people who think that way, they should be ashamed and go back with their complaint, they will be received with coffee and the problems will be solved. I have always been helped immediately, neat people who know what they are talking about. And if things go differently then you will receive a call and they will be the first to help you. A replacement car is also no problem if your car has to be left unexpectedly. Just a good company that gives a guarantee. They give me a 10+ and kudos for the quick handling of my problem with my transporter that had an engine light on. Compliments to the gentlemen of the Technology and the Service.

If you come by on a Friday afternoon, you will not be helped. It looks like they have already sold enough cars and play hide and seek. Everyone "busy" behind the PC. When we went out again and looked back, they reappeared. Really super bad !!!! We do buy a car elsewhere and certainly NOT here.

I tried to make an appointment today for a big turn for my VW golf. The person (man) who helped me on the phone seemed like he did not want to help me. He was so unfriendly and showed no effort to help me. When I suggested to show the car so they could first look at the car, apparently he did not want me to come. I expect a little bit of service when I am at a vw dealer. I have then scheduled my appointment at the vw dealer in Zoetermeer because they wanted to help me.

The review below was accurate to the point but wittebrug did not show itself and asked in an open response to cash in by e-mail that I think is tough because they still have to speak with the buttocks. No sooner said than done an email with the whole story. Again I get a response that I can appreciate if they can contact us by phone and yes they adhere to the appointment I am properly spoken to at the end even laughed and hopefully a nice gift in the car if it is picked up I also further the stars from 1 star to 3 is a leap.

If you come up with a problem with the car, yes it is also hot for the people who work (working in air conditioning), but so grumpy look for another job.
1 person could only be friendly in the showroom kudos for this man and the boys in the garages with this heat (without air conditioning), but the rest in the showroom is very customer unfriendly. No recommendation maybe too big unfortunately forgot how they got big.

For years I have been a satisfied customer of Wittebrug Forepark, but recently things went a bit wrong. This can happen anywhere, but how you deal with it is what sets you apart, and that has been well understood by service advisor Axel Eversteijn and his colleagues. I just got a real VW goodie bag to make up for it. Super awesome!

We had a problem with a missing wheel lock key for which we were sent to the Wittebrug workshop. We are by Mr. Axel Eversteijn, service advisor, received and on site he did a lot of effort and he solved the problem very quickly and professionally for us.

We are very grateful to him for this and his customer focus and
kindness are an example and adorn the company.

It remains a weird concern, VW. I have been driving 10 VW cars for a year or so and are regularly confronted with strange frills from the staff. For example, recently a loudspeaker in a door broke. First search on the site at Prices of services, however, there are no prices to find .... Then try through the chat. I immediately get a mountain question for which I have to dive under the bonnet. To my surprise, I then read in the chat window that a quotation will be made for ... replacing a speaker ... Via email or calling is the question. I indicate that I would like to be e-mailed. A week later I am being called by an assertive troubled young man who indicates that he is calling to make an appointment for replacing the speaker. I indicate that I am waiting for a quote in email. 'Oh, we're going on that bike', there is literally speaking and the conversation is quickly broken off. The next day I receive the quotation. 170 for replacing a 35 speaker. On YouTube I see that replacing a speaker takes about 15 minutes. In no 170 years ..... So I still have 3 weird examples. Somebody interested?

Worthless ! Have repairs carried out at this garage, hefty price and also a faulty repair was found later. Here you pay a workplace rate of 128 euros per hour, whereby the work to be performed is not even carried out properly. Customer friendliness is also very bad.

I bought a new Polo from stock, within 2 weeks I could drive it. Very well taken care of, I even got an apology for the "delay" because they actually wanted to do it even faster. Polite and pleasant people. Other reviews on here seem to be mostly people who want to sit in the top tier for a dime, a shame a review suffers from that.

Today I finally walked out of the door at whitewashed Audi by garage manager Anthony because of a few wrong communication errors by the other mechanics and the problem was not solved I thought I was in a horror movie at Audi whitewashed bridge but because of the great smile thoughtfulness and service from Anthony it is completely successful I am super happy today driven home in my new car and thank Anthony and thank the administration jay wardenaar that everything is neatly solved for communication errors and disappointments for this

Fast service: Called back almost immediately after an online request. I was able to send the photos of the trade-in via WhatsApp. After this I was also quickly addressed. What I found disappointing was the trade-in value of 1,000 (daily value 2,950 trade-in 1,850 based on Bovag List, but fair damage) on a car from 2014 with 100 DKM and an asking price of 17,400 . This is very unprofessional and certainly against a customer who is in doubt between a new Golf Variant Highline Busniness R (from 31,950) or a used Highline.

Leaving conversation notes for colleagues and recording diagnosis in the system still regularly goes wrong so that people cannot find your information and thus can tell the whole story again. Changing subsequent data is also not easy. Today I got Marcel on the phone and he did everything right once his predecessors did not. So it can be done well in 1 x. Given the leniency of Wittebrug and repairs quickly and the smooth action of Marcel who does fulfill his agreement, I still give 5 stars. The information on the website is incorrect and the service they provide is simply rude. Apparently you waste their time when you make an appointment for a maintenance service but are then presented with an amount which is almost 3 times as high because some filters and spark plugs will be replaced extra. If you raise this, they will snarl at you and it will be made known in detail that I was a waste of her time. As if I make an appointment with them for fun. People don't value your time with them, stay away from these guys.

In September, made an appointment via the Wittebrug website for November 13 for changing to winter tires. Then you will receive a confirmation that the appointment has been made and if you do not hear anything within 2 days, it is final and you can put it in your agenda. I have not received a message, so appointment is final I think.

So then you will be on their doorstep on the 13th, nothing is known to them, the tires are not there, you can go again because do not think that a solution is being sought. Really incredibly customer unfriendly! What a drama shop this way. How stupid that you develop a system where you say that if you as a customer hear nothing, the appointment is final. So if something goes wrong and they do not receive the request for an appointment, they cannot inform the customer ... The customer is assuming that the appointment is final ..... Really well thought out, not.

I bought a reasonably new Volkswagen 2 years ago at Wittebrug Forepark, during the sale nothing was told about the parts that had wear. I had to find out a month after the purchase that the link was quite worn, then let diagnosis by Wittebrug but I was (laughily) wise that nothing was wrong and nothing was seen. I was also told that I do not understand cars, so I have to believe their word (not so customer friendly). Now I hear from another garage that the clutch has already been worn for a long time and that Wittebrug had probably already seen but had not consciously passed on because the car had just been bought. Then I call back (after a year) and I hear an employee talk to me by saying: he picked up high. Quite strange if they then said that they had no findings that this is in the report. The guarantee has now expired but I am sure I will never buy a car from Wittebrug again.
