Bad garage. On arrival we negotiated the conditions. The price could not go down but we could get the delivery package for the same price. This included the big turn but also 3 months warranty.
After the test drive there was a second couple who also showed interest in the same car. The result was that the seller denied our agreements ... typical of Stam's companies, but a great pity if you expect service

Really the attention here cannot be compared with Amersfoort

This morning drove an hour for a VW Polo, called in advance and asked if there were defects to the car, on which sir could report that this car was Beautiful!
Upon arrival, it was immediately noticeable that the car had a cracked windshield, lots of dents and rust spots, a broken petrol flap, and the rear door could no longer open.
In the event of an accident, the people in the back seat must be able to leave the car at all times. This is a complete rejection!
However, the car appeared to have a new MOT.
The seller knew nothing and did not say much either.
Drove to Soestdijk for nothing.
Renault Stam is very unprofessional and certainly not knowledgeable. This car was in this state ripe for demolition or export, but no longer worthy for the Netherlands!
Never a trip to Soestdijk again !!

Always been a pleasure to be a customer, unfortunately treated unfairly with car navigation. Now I went to Bochane with great pleasure in Zeist.

I came for a replacement part due to a recall. Therefore no time / attention for me. Did not hear anything and when my key was already ready for fifteen minutes next to someone, but once asked if my car was not ready yet ... While whole life stories were shared with other 'paying' customers. I will not come here soon, for whatever reason.

Friendly and fast service, they want you to be mobile again soon. Small office, short lines and no nonses. Overall a pleasant experience and I will do my maintenance from now on.

Bad communication. I requested a quote and received an invoice without doing anything.

Parents have the car inspected. Treated badly. no options given for necessary repair, attempted to perform a repair with a soft force for a value that was almost equal to the value of the car. With this they lost us as a customer.
