Very happy with our experience. The mattresses are made on site and to order. We had a mattress set made exactly to our specifications and delivered to our house in a couple weeks. The other stores had mass-produced sets and were estimating months. Delivery men were super friendly and very careful as they delivered the new mattress and removed our old one. Would recommend Verlo Matress to anyone wanting a high quality, locally made product at a great price!
The buying experience was a good one. The salesman was low pressure and answered all of our questions. There were several models of mattresses available in the showroom and there was no up selling. Having used the mattress now, I can say it is probably the best I ever slept on. I would definitely recommend Verlo mattresses.

Very knowledgeable sales person on floor who directed us to the best mattress for our needs. He was honest and because it was for a spare bedroom, he didn't push us towards the more expensive ones even when I was kind of leaning that direction. I so appreciated their honesty. As our mattress has been in use for several years and needed firming up, Verlo picked up the mattress, made adjustments and returned it to us within 24 hours, and it feels brand new. We just purchased a mattress from Verlo and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I like that they are a locally owned business and they give you that specialized service that small businesses are known for. Their delivery guys were awesome and even moved our existing mattress to the second floor. They will even adjust your mattress after purchase if it is too firm or too soft. Not too many companies would even offer to do that. We will definitely be a return customer!
